Bartile Roofs

I recently had my roof done by Bartile and overall I’m really impressed with the quality of both the product and the service. The tile itself looks fantastic. Seems like it'll be very durable and it just has a clean, high-end appearance that really improved the curb appeal of our home. What stood out most was how long-lasting their materials are supposed to be. The installation process was also handled professionally. The crew was efficient, respectful of the property, and kept things relatively clean throughout the project. Communication was great through the whole process. The cost is a little higher than standard roofing options, but in my opinion, you’re paying for longevity and quality. If you’re planning to stay in your home long-term, it’s for sure worth considering. Overall, I’d recommend Bartile Roof to anyone.

Using Bartile to replace my roof was a huge mistake. They failed to obtain a building permit until after the roof was installed. This caused the city inspection to fail. Bartile caused significant damage to my property during the install and my attic insulation was destroyed during their crew's tear off. It's been over six months and Bartile has still not gotten my roof to pass inspection. They promised to 'make things right', but have failed to make good on those promises.

I love Bartile! ❤️ I used their black staggered roof on my own personal home and it’s my favorite roof ever! Great owners and great installers. I highly recommend them.
