Crawford Homes

I would never recommend Crawford Homes. I purchased a home from them in November 2020 with the agreement of getting a garage built by spring of 2021. Here we are in November 2021 and still no garage. Our emails and requests to get it built are being ignored and we are being forced to get a lawyer involved. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER!!! They do not honor their agreements and will ignore you after they get your money. Wish I could rate lower than 1 star as they do not deserve any.

I would highly recommend Crawford Homes to anyone who is looking to build there house or is buying from them. They are very organized and gave the best customer service to give us everything we needed for our home. They take very good care of there customers and did there best to keep us satisfied.

I would highly recommend Crawford Homes. From start to finish, my experience has been excellent. I built an infill house and they organized the entire project including the demolition of the existing house and clearing the lot to build my new home. The process was pretty seamless because they took care of everything. They delivered a beautiful house that was tailored to my lifestyle and my budget. I definitely would choose to build with them again in the future. I am so happy with my Crawford Home!

The service provided by Dwight and Jeff were very good. The overall quality of the project was also very good. The quality of paint is subpar. Also the hardwood floors are beautiful, but are not as strong as older hardwood floors. They dent and scratch very easily. Overall I would hire Crawford again for another build.

Choosing to build with Crawford Homes was one that we will not regret. Our representative, Dwight, was incredibly easy to get along with and accommodated our every request with a friendliness not frequently experienced in this business world. This is our third custom built home in the city in the past eight years, one was from a premiere builder, the other a well reputed builder also, but the Crawford experience was easily the best. The quality of the workmanship was spot on in every detail and any glitch we encountered was addressed immediately and to our full satisfaction. As a bonus our home was delivered ahead of schedule and at the price promised. We would build again with Crawford Homes with no qualms.

Crawford Homes built my home to my satisfaction and liking. My sales rep (Dwight Wentzell) was excellent to deal with and was with me right from the start to finish in the building process. From a clients perspective that's great as you don't have to deal with different resources in the company and have one go-to guy for everything. The other good thing was the lack of pressure. There was no pressure to make a decision during sign-up or even during the building process.

Had an amazing experience with Crawford Homes and his crew, they are not only good at what they do but they are extremely fast and on time. Highly recommended.

Well known for their quality homes in Regina and areas. I would love to buy one of their beautiful houses. They are gorgeous.

We bought our first home with Crawford, it's a condiminium with 3 bedrooms and a den. They have a nice layout that suits my family needs and they act fast whenever we have a little issues like how to run the heater ..lol...Ms. Janine Wilson is awesome..keep up the good work !!!
