Basin Custom

This was the best purchase we made for our basement renovation, now we would like barn doors for the main floor! From start to finish Basin Custom was there to answer all of our questions and went above and beyond in the service they provided to us and their products are of exceptional quality. We couldn't be happier! Via their website, we ordered two sets of the Simplistic flat track barn door tracks in bronze and used white interior doors we already had. We were concerned that the doors may be loud but they are not at all. They are actually more quiet than regular doors! Ordering was very easy and we received all of the assistance we required to ensure we were ordering the correct size as well as any questions we had throughout. We even received a drawing of how our doors would look once installed. Anytime we had a question, we just emailed our salesperson, Alisha, who always responded immediately. When the tracks were delivered, everything was packaged up very well and was in perfect condition upon receipt. The quality and workmanship were exceptional. We installed them ourselves with the included instructions and they were quite easy to install, a lot easier than my husband thought they would be! They are the focal point when you enter our basement and look just amazing. They are very heavy duty and sturdy. One is for entry to our teenagers bedroom and the other to the bathroom. These doors are constantly used and are so quiet and easily glide open and closed. There is a safety stopper and with the way the hardware is made there are no concerns whatsoever about the doors coming off at all. As soon as you open or close the doors, you can feel the amazing quality. We have received so many compliments on them. We couldn't be happier with our purchase. Alisha from Basin Custom helped us with everything we required from start to finish. She went above and beyond with the service she provided to us and checked in with us along the way until our project was complete. This is the first time in a long time that we have received this calibre of service and product. We would highly recommend Basin Custom and will be purchasing more from them in the future.

I saw some of Basin Custom's work here on Houzz and contacted them for some strap hinges. I wanted a custom style and received an email immediately back from them. We worked out the shape quickly and got it ordered. I received a perfect product when they said I'd get it, installed it on a custom sliding door and couldn't be happier with the results. Even got a handwritten thank you for my business. I am very impressed with Basin Custom and definitely will design and build with them in mind in the future.

I contacted Basin Custom after just seeing a photo ONLY of their work. I was NOT disappointed by the workmanship or customer service. They accommodated me in everything including special felt pads on the bottom of my stools so as not to scratch my new hardwood floors! I would highly recommend them. Thanks Basin Custom!!!

We recently finished a complete remodel of the master bathroom. We wanted a sliding barn door to separate the bedroom and bathroom. Because it is used in the bedroom, we want the track to be as quiet as it can. After extended research on all the track choices online, we came across Basin Custom. They were so helpful in answering our questions and eventually led to the decision to use the company. We were not disappointed. WE've been using it for almost two weeks now, and when my husband gets up in the morning I hardly hear any sound.
