I was investigating designers to update and renovate my 60 year old home. Bailey designs was my first phone call, as I had seen their work in my neighbourhood. I was impressed with Lyndsey from our first meeting. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with, listening to my wishlist, AND incorporating those wishes into a design I never thought possible. I look forward to Lyndseys continued input and know-how as this project begins to take shape.

We worked with Lyndsey and her team to do a top to bottom reno of our 50 year old house in the East End of Barrie. We couldn't have had a better experience. As with any reno of an older house, our project was complicated, but we could always count on Lyndsey for a solution tailored to our needs. Not only is Lyndsey an excellent draftsperson, she is also very very good at the finishing touches and advice with decor. She understood my style better than I did, and knew what we wanted even when we weren't able to articulate it! Our exterior is still the subject of many long looks and camera lenses poking out of speeding cars, and we are happy and flattered. All credit to Bailey Designs! We'd use them again in a heartbeat.

From start to finish which took about 2.5 years to build the beautiful 6000 sq ft custom home, Bailey Designs was a pleasure to work with, very attentive and great on details.
