New curtains and curtain rods were one of the last steps in the year-long process of remodeling my home near the Santa Barbara Mission. Of the many designers and contractors who worked on the job, Lisa was one of the best - knowledgeable, efficient, and cheerful - and she made the somewhat onerous (for a guy...) task of choosing window coverings fun and interesting. I'm absolutely thrilled with the results. We did discover a slight manufacturing defect with one of the curtain rods, told Lisa about it - and she immediately contacted the factory and ordered a replacement at no cost. Highly recommended...

Did a great job on our office. Assured me they do RV window shades and draped. Very disappointed by the product and follow up needed to address our needs. blinds do not stay attached to the tie down brackets when driving and bang. Very annoying. The old shades never presented an issue, they were 13 yrs old and dirty. When I presented the issue she never addressed the problem with any solution. Her installer lacks respect for the clients needs and requests.

I can't recommend Coastal Design, or Lisa, enough! I visited her store after doing a search for window covering stores in the area. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety and options she has in her store and also how helpful she was through the entire process. I had an idea in mind of what I wanted and Lisa helped that idea come to full form. She worked closely with my from start to finish to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and in my price rang. Even though they did cost quite a bit, I know that it was worth the money spent as I am so please with the drapes and shades that I had installed. If any more window covering projects arise in the future for me I know where I will be going!
