New addition just a few years ago. Constant electrical problems, poor craftsmanship on floor tile, and incomplete paint job. Not good.

We had work done on our home to make our living room and kitchen into a great room with a vaulted ceiling. We were told we need to do a roof upgrade as the structure would not support what we wanted to do. A friend told us he knew of a way which would save us a lot of money and work with what we wanted. We learned quickly it is better to go with the advice we needed rather than what we wanted. Cornerstone Construction Group was recommend to us to fix what became a very serious problem. They insisted we go through the permit process and have plan drawn up by an engineer so our home can be fixed right. I am so grateful for this level of professionalism and integrity, as it served us well. The best part of what they did is hidden behind the walls that cannot be seen. What can be seen, though, it high quality and very well done. The advice we got from Phil and Eric along the way was to ensure a quality repair, though helped us save money where it made sense. My wife and I plan to live here for years to come, and what they have done gives us peace of mind to live here confidently. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to repair, remodel or do both as we did.

I hired Cornestone to completely remodel and update two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one in the master bedroom. They also replaced the existing handrail, and carpet with hardwood flooring in a set of stairs, and a small foyer area. Their staff came across as being very knowledgeable and experienced in this kind of work. I had met the project manager on a previous kitchen remodel project and decided to hire Cornerstone, where he is now one of the owners, based on that experience. Before starting they prepared a budget and adhered to it throughout the project. The staff was always helpful and willing to listen to my preferences or concerns. Their relationship with particular subcontractors was very helpful to insure a quality project. They worked with the subs until problems were corrected. We are happy with both bathrooms and have been using them for at at least two months.

I've worked with Matt Hesselgrave and Joe Hopkins over the last six years. As a painting contractor it is difficult to deliver quality finishes when you are surrounded by other trades. In addition most contractors will try and make up for lost time during finishes. Cornerstone has always given us a clear path so our final product can be at it's finest. I highly recommend Cornerstone Construction Group for any remodeling project!!

I have work with Cornerstone Construction Group on numerous project. I am always intrigued with their level of quality, attention to detail, and professionalism. A great level effort is focus on completing the project on time and centered around the customer's life style/timing. All details of the project are clearly communicated to the customer. I have worked Joe of Cornerstone Construction on many projects over the years and have always found them a pleasure to work with. They are professional, conscientious and great communicators. Cornerstone Construction also is a great team to work with, both the on site leads, Joe and the office staff.

Cornerstone Construction did a fantastic job with our bathroom remodel! Matt Hesselgrave was so easy to work with and paid a great deal of attention to everything. If there was a problem or we did not like how something turned out Matt did not take it personally and he made sure we were taken care of and fixed the issue ASAP! He was so attentive to us and our needs and made sure we were happy throughout the process. We would highly recommend Matt and Cornerstone Construction for any type of remodel!

I work with several contractor's and Cornerstone is one of my favorites! They are organized and understand the importance of communication. They are also very conscious of the client's budget and the designers vision keeping things in budget and beautiful. I highly recommend them.

Our contractor is doing a fantastic job on our remodel and addition! My wife is pregnant (due anytime) and the contractor planned the project in phases for us, so we would not be left without a place to care for our newborn. The craftsmen working on the project are the best I have ever worked with. Courteous, knowledgeable, and hard-working, they have been a pleasure to work with. I would happily hire them again! We are so pleased with how well this has all been going and we are just now in drywall. Can't wait to see the finished product. Yeah Cornerstone!

We worked with Joe Hopkins for our bathrooms--two which were gutted and one with sink, counter, cabinet and paint updates. It was a pleasure working with him and his crew. We had never been through a remodel and he led us through it admirably. He answered all of our (constant) questions, stuck to the budget and was open to our ideas--we wanted a 'toe hold' in the master shower for shaving and a narrow glass partition added to the top of the tub for the hall bath and he pulled in his resources to come up with great solutions to our ideas. The end product is beyond what we envisioned.

Chermak Construction has worked on my home on several occasions. They helped me update a bathroom with a new sink, vanity, toilet and tub/shower pieces. The work was done on time and their carpenter Brian was very curtious. He also cleaned up when he was done! As a bonus, my dog loved him.
