Customer service sucks, emailed less than a minute after the order was placed to change the color as it defaulted back to black and they would not accommodate stating it already went to production. They continue to tell me they can't (more like won't) accommodate the change and my order is on hold until I respond. Respond with what ok thanks for zero flexibility and customer needs and bend over. Stay away from this company.

Don't be fooled by the website, everything about them is in India Shoddy work all around. Ordered 2 custom covers for floor speakers. One side was 3/4" shorter than the other.. I cancelled my 2nd order from them.

Sadly, The customer service has been frustrating and not worth the time. I would NOT recommend ordering with Coversandall. The whole process has been a mess!! Ordered SQUARE fire pit cover 40" X 40" X 14", after payment, the company sent an e mail saying the order for 38" X39" X 21" was placed. I informed them that the dimensions were wrong and then sent a picture of the order with the dimensions of 40 X40X14". They responded that the cover was already cut, too late to change. This has been ongoing for 2 weeks and now they are holding the order. The only matter we can agree on is that the order was for a SQUARE fire pit cover, even tho the dimensions they cut is NOT square. I sent proof of my order and they are saying that I ordered wrong. Wrong sizing and poor customer service appears to be a common negative review for this company. They are now holding to order. So I have paid for a square fire pit cover, that is NOT square which I have not received.

This was one of the most horrific and ridiculous internet purchase experiences I have ever had. I ordered a custom cover. The product delivered was clearly wrong - for example, it was supposed to have a knob cover for the grill knobs and no such component was a part of the product (contrary to the drawings upon which I based my order). After multiple emails, photographs, offers to return the product, etc., the company just kept asking for more and more information. I spent hours responding to their information requests on a $60 item. I finally just threw it away - it was poor quality and incorrect. They did nothing to remedy the situation. They should have just accepted a return or offer to replace it. DO NOT USE.

Stay away from this company if you value your time and money. Here is my story. I have been a covers and all customer for many years. I have purchased many many covers from them and have spent literally thousands of dollars on their products. I have even referred friends to them. After my recent experience, I will never buy from them again. My last order was for an outdoor sofa cover and 4 air pillows. The air pillows are relatively inexpensive, maybe $25 per piece. One of the air pillows did not maintain its shape. Seemed to have a slow leak. I contacted customer service. Given how good a customer I have been and because I was only asking for a new $25 air pillow, I should have heard “no problem, we will get a new one out to you right away”. Instead, I was treated like a criminal. Forms had to be filled in. Then I was asked to send in a photo. I questioned how this could help because if I was scamming them and trying to get a “free pillow”, then I could have just deflated it. They insisted so I sent them 2 photos showing the bad air pillow vs one of their good ones. A day later I got an email now asking for me to send them a video! I responded that this was a slow leak, that it would take hours for the pillow to deflate, and so I would not be able to send a video. By now, I have spent over half an hour of my time on a $25 air pillow. I have not heard back from them. I told customer service that I would be writing this review and that I would never spend money with them again. Once again, no response. If this company treats one of their best and loyal customers like this, then imagine how they will treat you. Do yourself a favour…save time, money, and hassle and buy from someone else.

I would highly recommend you find any other company to purchase your covers from. I ordered a shade sale three weeks ago from these guys. My order was updated on their site indicating it was in production on October 14. The company stated that production time takes 3 to 5 days. On October 28 I contacted them as my order 14 days later still showed it was in production. The person I chatted with on their website Was not at all helpful and just said contact us again tomorrow. Which I did the person the following day stated please allow them more time. I ask them to please check on the order as they’re stating production time is no more than five days and my order has been in production three times That number of days. When she finally checked, she said production has said your order is completely ready to go and it will be shipped out within an 8 to 12 hours. She told me I needed to check back to get the shipping information, which seems absurd that they wouldn’t email or update the site to provide me that information. So again I checked back the following day and was told they are working on it and will contact logistics to see when the item would be shipped. He came back and said nobody in logistics was available, but my order should ship out soon. At that point, I said none of this makes any sense. You still show my order in production everybody I speak to is telling me something different if you can’t have my order shipped and delivered to me by the following Monday, just cancel it, and I will order it from another company. Of course he said it’s too late. I can’t cancel the order, yet he’s still not able to provide any information and any information. Any of these people are providing is inconsistent with a person before. So at this point I still don’t have my order and I have no idea when or if it will ever arrive. I’m super disappointed, and even more than that I’m tired of trying to follow up on an order that doesn’t seem like it’s ever going to come.

Customer service is terrible. Product is terrible. Save your money and run.We spent a lot of money and received nothing but headaches.

If I could give this company a negative star, I would! Awful customer service and BEWARE ordering from them. Absolutely the worst company and they don't care about their customers or making them happy when they make a mistake!

Products are ok but warranty is terrible. I bought a cover 3 years ago for my outdoor sectional sofa. Everything was ok until few weeks ago: the cover started to smell awful even though I took care of it as instructed by CoverAndAll (soft brush, clean water, sun dry). I took pictures of it, had the receipt and threw the thing away because of the terrible smell. Customer service refused to replace the cover saying it was my fault. They offered me 60$ initially of in store credit then 150$ after many emails, but nothing more. They even reproached me to have thrown away the cover! If you’re ready to spend more than 400 CA$ on a sofa cover without any warranty, go with CoverAndAll! I’m very disappointed. I refused the 150$ and will never buy from them again.

Potential customers beware of this company. I would not buy any products from this company. The covers 2 inches short. My cover was ordered for 34 inches not they made the wrong size - 32 inches. Don’t do business with this company because they don’t stand behind their products. Covers are made from a cheap material.

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS! They don't use paypal so no security layer to protect. Product was actually decent but unfortunately now I have a big bill for gambling by ordering from them.
