Granite Countertop Warehouse

Purchased the kitchen countertops from our kitchen remodel. From the selection process to final installation everyone was professional, knowledgeable, & punctual. We had a GREAT experience.

Our salesman Dan Harper and all the others there have always been extremely helpful to all our customers and they have always been on time. Their work is great and the installers are very clean. Badly advised! Not honest. We hired this company to install a counter top on our kitchen island. We told them that it would be used in the kitchen to prepare food on. They sold us a remnant of Negro Marquina, which apparently was not suited for in the kitchen. Something which was not explained to us and would withhold us to buy this material and to choose granite instead. 1 hour after installation we already had marks on it, just by putting a glass of soda on it. I spoke to the GM, but unfortunately they only want to solve it if we even pay more. However we already paid for a 15 year warranty against stains. They were argumentation that should have 'googled' the material before buying!

This was the 3rd job GCW did for us. The 1st and 2nd were for our master and 2nd bath upstairs in summer 2016. For that we chose Metallica. It is absolutely gorgeous! We went to many granite providers and found nothing like this. There were some similar slabs but this was unique. Cynthia helped us all three times. She's easy to work with and very patient. Even on the smaller 2nd job for our half bath this past July she spent the time to make sure we found something that wowed us. It was Titanium and worked out perfectly. She helped us tape it off on how we wanted it cut. The installers showed up on time and they know what they are doing. Quick, clean install, no problems, no damage to anything. The slabs fit like a glove. They were also able to accommodate us on a schedule change we had and got there sooner for us. If we move and have to remodel baths or kitchen in our new house, the first place we'll go is GCW and I would recommend them and Cynthia to anybody!

Our granite workers were really great, and they did a wonderful job. We also liked their referrals for cabinets and, appliance hook up. The workers were mostly Brazilan who spoke English fairyl well. We seemed to become friends in the time they were here. All were very kind, generous

I was looking for a small countertop for a kitchenette. I was able to pick out the part of the slab I wanted to use. Work completed on time and within budget. Great company to work with.

Good quality pieces...were patient with my questions and understanding when I was trying to figure out what/how much we could do at this time.

They did an excellent job helping us choose our design including countertop, sink and faucet. They were timely in their response, measurements and installation. and extremely affortable. We shopped around to several granite places in the area, and not only was everyone more expensive. They tried to sell us on things we didn't need. Granite Countertop Warehouse took the time to discuss ideas and project timelines. We are planning on using them again when we move and remodel

This company was awesome from start to finish! Best price around too! They delivered what they promised when they promised and I was very very satisfied with the end result. It made such a huge difference is our kitchen. Now it's beautiful before it was drab. Use them! You won't be disappointed

We worked with Granite Countertop Warehouse on two occasions. Both times, we were very pleased with the results: beautiful granite on our kitchen island and coordinating granite for the rest of the kitchen counters. The staff at the store were helpful and worked within our budget. The installers were professional and neat.
