Ok so I have been looking for chrome closet rods because I am changing around my 'finished closet'. Everyone and their brother wanted crazy money for these rods. The closest size I could find was 48" yet I needed 37 1/16" which is no big deal because I could cut it to size, right? Well, I find this site and see they offer these chrome rods for $7.95 for 8 feet!! I buy two of them and 8 flanges and shipping for less than had I bought one 48" rod and 2 flanges! I received my order the very next day to my surprise! I am thrilled. They are rather good packers so it did take me some time to open. :-) Thank you CSH!!!

The irony of the company'c name is overwhelming, customer service is not their strength. I ordered 3 vanities for a remodel project; Fabuwood Nexus vanities. The price was fair, not great, but based on reviews I thought I was making a good decision... I was wrong. I ordered and after waiting about a week I received notice that the cabinets were shipping. Upon receipt I discovered that 2 of the vanities were not on the pallet. I contacted CSH and was told it wasn't their fault but they would get me the missing vanities ASAP. ASAP apparently means whenever. After a week of no communication I emailed and ask for an update and was informed they would ship in a couple of days. So, after about a week of waiting with no communication I ask for an update and get email with a long conversation string, not just with me but with other customers and their customer service reps. Apparently I'm not the only one complaining. The missing vanities finally arrive a week later and guess what? They're missing hardware. The first shipment's vanity was missing screws, annoying but at least that was fixed easily. This time no drawer clips, slide mounts or hinges, so basically I can;t finish the job. CSH has never expressed any desire to make this right. Never accepted responsibility, never said sorry, never acknowledged that this has dragged out my project by weeks. Do yourself a favor.and shop around. CSH is not the cheapest and they surely aren't customer focused, maybe at one time they were, but based on my experience they aren't. I'm still waiting on word when I can expect my hardware.

CSHardware came recommended to me by a custom-cabinet contractor, who said the quality was as-good or better than the best you can get at the big-box stores. I did my whole kitchen and was very impressed - the construction is solid plywood and the finishes inside and out are top notch. On top of that, their customer support is excellent. When I placed my order the rep on the phone discussed my plan and recommended swapping a few items to make my install go smoother, and the end result look better. Now doing my bathroom, I'm having a similar experience with their customer support. All said-and-done, my kitchen cost just over half what the box store had quoted me. I highly recommend CSHardware.

After searching all over Australia for a nice library ladder for months, I thought I have to give up my dream - or run the '' risk " to order a kit incl. rails from US. So I contacted CSH - and what an amazing experience it was, right from the start! My questions where ansered in no time, the cheapest freight option chosen for me and everything arrived well packed and much quicker than I thought possible. Now I just have to find someone to build a timber ladder and my wardrobe wall will be used from top to bottom - and look excactly the way I hoped it would. We are a high end cabinet company in Phoenix AZ and I was lucky enough to stumble upon Custom Service Hardware. The people at in this company are great to work with and will help with the minor details. In custom cabinetry it is all about the fine details and they are very accommodating . I ordered some Fabuwood cabinets, and they are awful. There is a huge gap between the cabinet door and cabinet facing. It looks awful, and the hinges are visible. According to CS Harware, these are the hinges that come from the manufacturer. I'm still investigating that and trying to make contact with them. We will be replacing the hinges because it looks terrible.
