This was one of the most difficult companies to schedule and the work performed was below par. I'm not sure if I got the "B" team, but new cable and electrical plates were installed crooked and cables were left dangling. Their pricing was at a premium, so I expected better installations. I was quoted on the phone that an electrician and a helper would be installing my TV and cable however -no licensed electrician was sent. Scheduling was done at the convenience of the company -not the customer. My TV was not installed on the date promised due to them not bringing out the right parts. How complicated is it to have the correct mount for a TV? I had out of town company scheduled but the install had to wait til they could fit it in. A company with real growing PAINS. I would never recommend them to anyone. Use a good electrician and you will have a better results at a more affordable job.

AIC has installed a couple of systems for me and I continue to use and recommend them. On a scale of 10 I am a 1 in terms of technical knowledge and competence. Things inevitably go wrong with me trying to operate such complex systems, but I simply get Tabetha on the phone and she patiently tries to walk me through the solution. Recently I saved up several nagging issues and Chris and an associate came to our home to address them. In less than two hours they had the system working fine, had made some helpful up-grades., and had given me a little more education. Another good AIC performance.

Curt and his team designed and installed my home av system. Simply put awesome. He delivered a solution on schedule and budget. His installers we unobtrusive and great to work with. I'd gladly recommend to my friends.

Terrific staff...exceptionally competent and dogged in getting an installation done correctly...also all very personable. If you want your system done right and with the latest tech upside make sure you hire Kurt sand his gang. Pros who genuinely know what they're doing.

Advanced Integrated Controls did a great job in our new home in Palmetto Bluff. They took over the job from a competitor that failed to deliver and did a fantastic job. Good professional advice and execution. Great service and responsiveness. We live in Switzerland so had to rely on a solid partner being so far away. It worked out great. We will continue to work with them on this house and any future project.

We are in the process of building our new home. Curt has been very helpful and knowledgeable in his recommendation of a SONOS system. Frankly, that was the first time I had heard of SONOS. Soon after he recommended the system, the Wall Street Journal came out with an article praising the system. Talk about synchronicity, and making me thoroughly comfortable with Curt’s recommendation. We are not complete with our construction, but I feel that AIC will do an excellent job. I am very excited to see and hear the end result.

We recently completed building a new home in Bluffton, South Carolina, and hired Curt to design and install our audio-visual system. We relied totally on his expertise since my husband and I know next to nothing about such things. He was professional and very easy to work with, explained things well and was very patient. We're not only completely happy with the result, but we appreciate that he and his team are immediately responsive to any requests for help with the system. We highly recommend his services to everyone.

Everyone at AIC was very professional in the bidding, the wiring, and the installation. The employees were very polite and completed their work on time and were also very helpful in answering additional questions. They were so neat you could hardly tell they were there. As there are so many changes today in audio visual it was so pleasant and helpful for them to answer all our questions promptly and completely.
