Ron took our ideas and worked with us to come up with the perfect design. Our home is not only beautiful, but also so much more functional than before. We never imagined it would feel so much more open, without adding any additional square feet. His design took some dead spaces and turned them into living space. Ron Couch and his team remodeled our Lakewood home from 2015-2016. He took our modest 3 bedroom, 1 bath home to a gorgeous 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home complete with exterior redesign. It was so convenient having Ron's skills as an architect and designer and contractor to transform our home. We had always planned on remodeling our Lakewood home and it was such a blessing finding Ron and having him as a partner and almost part of the family during this process. I would love to find another project Ron could work on for us because I would love to work with him again.

From initial concept (as the architect) to the final product (as the general contractor)... LOVE my "new" house. Ron stands behind his work and will make sure the job is done right. He listened to my ideas and incorporated them as much as possible. Even though the job has been done for a few months, he still comes by if there are any lingering problems to make sure it gets done.

Dynasty Developments came through again with our new kitchen and den. This is the 2nd kitchen with this designer after 23yrs. Ron Couch designed a layout that added space without infringing on other living space. Raised the ceiling, added multiple lighting dimensions and introduced a floating ceiling that really adds dimension and style. We love it, our friends and family love it. It's so much nicer to entertain or have family over. The project was within our budget and there were no surprises. They delivered.

We had Ron update both of our bathrooms. He did an outstanding job!!!! His drawings were beautiful and gave us a view of the project, every detail was planned and he worked with us every step of the way. His workers were prompt, organized, courteous and clean. We cold not have had a better experience. He is absolutely the man to go to when you aren't sure exactly what you want. He takes his time and offers excellent advice without ever being pushy. The five stars should be six because Ron makes the project so pleasant!

When we decided to remodel our house by adding a second floor, we hired an architect and a builder separately, but lost our builder shortly before starting the project. We contacted Dynasty Developments. Ron was willing to take on our project and spent a great deal of time with us reviewing the plans. He added some "drama" with arches and recessed lighting as well as the oval island in the kitchen. We were very pleased with the work of the crew and with the overall project and have recommended Dynasty Developments many times. If I had anything to do-over, it would be to hire Ron as the architect as well.

Ron worked with us for months to come up with the den we wanted that was within our budget. Once we finalized the plans, his workers were on the job EVERY day! Clean, courteous, hard working professionals. And Ron went the extra mile, designing the den fireplace based on a photo we'd found in a magazine. He cut and placed the tiles for the fireplace himself, etching in a special something just for us in one of the tiles. A very kind gesture. Ron Couch, owner of Dynasty Development, did an excellent job on remodeling 2 bathrooms for us in June 2013. All his workers were very respectfully and honest; and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Both bathrooms were completely gutted to the studs. We had 3 or 4 estimates and Dynasty Development's bid was within close range of the others. We had seen his work at close friends' home; and the final product was awesome! Our house was built in 1954; and as with most older houses, Ron discovered structural and plumbing problems after he gutted both bathrooms; He showed us the problem areas instead of covering the decay & rotten areas. Ron is very ethical and respectful and he charged us a very minimal fee for the additional unforeseen work. We believe many contractors may have covered up the defective areas, without our knowledge. Ron is a creative and masterful tile installer, and his Subcontractors are very experienced. We will hire him again soon to remodel a 3rd bathroom in our home. We recommend Dynasty development 100+ percent.

Ron Couch and Dynasty Developments helped us transform our 1960's built house, into a beautiful and modern home. The project began with the main tasks of scraping the "popcorn" ceilings throughout the entire house, plus a complete remodel of the kitchen and master bathroom. However as the job progressed, additional work was requested, such as redesigning the stairway, removing/replacing wood paneling walls, and redesigning the living room fireplace. As an architect, Ron was able to help us visualize all of the new designs with 3-D imges, and make great suggestions that we had not considered, but loved the results of even to this day! All of the work was done promptly, professionally, and most importantly with meticulous attention paid to detail and quality. We still get comments today from visitors on how wonderful our kitchen and home looks! I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend or hire Dynasty Developments for any type of remodeling job in the future.

Ron Couch owns Dynasty Developments. He is an Architect and General Contractor. He took an 870 square ft home built in the early 50s and transformed it into an extremely functional and inviting home.
