Stay away from Andrew Casper and Entropy Design. I placed an order Fleetwood windows in December 2021 and they estimated the delivery date for end of March 2022. When I followed up end of March of March 2022, they said the windows were delayed to September 2022 without any prior notice. Fast forward to August, I started following up with Andrew and I was not getting any response. I decided to call the manufacturer, Fleetwood and they said the window order were first placed in beginning of April 2022 which coincides with the time they said the windows were delayed. They never placed the order in the first placed until i followed with them at end of March 2022. Now I am looking to take action. This is a horrible business and Andrew Casper is a horrible person.

Stay away from Entropy design and Andrew Casper. Expensive, dishonest and very difficult to work with. Make sure you get several bids if they are also bidding your job. He insists on getting his final payment BEFORE he delivers the product. Our project was on hold for 9 months and since they were holding a deposit for a window package, I had to stay with them for the changes in the order. They priced the new order more than 30% higher than other vendors for the same thing. I walked away from the deposit and hired another vendor.

I have worked with Entropy Design for over a year now on a number of projects with great results. They work hard to provide solutions without cutting corners and bring value to the customer. They just opened a new showroom in the Culver City area.
