John Tucker with Elite System Design was very professional. He worked very closely with me to work with in my budget. He didn't try to oversell. The quality of his work was excellent. I would highly recommend him.

I have used Elite System Design for two separate projects. For both projects John worked with me through phone and email since I do not live in Naples full time. John was quick to respond and provided me with a number of options to meet my needs. I am a financial analyst by trade and believe John was fair in his pricing. When it came time to install, John showed up a little early for both projects. Additionally, John was courteous of my home and professional. Both projects turned out great - I am a slight perfectionist and Elite exceeded my expectations. In total, Elite has installed 3 TVs for me, 2 Sonos Sound bars, an audio receiver, and programmed 3 universal. Half of this equipment was for new installs and the other half was to replace and simplify an aging system. I highly recommend using John and Elite System Design.

Elite System Design has done a fantastic job each time we have hired them. They have done many things for us at our home and office including repairs on the audio system and upgrading all of our televisions and remotes with the latest technology available. John Tucker from Elite System Design provided and installed all of the electronics for my condo. His prices were reasonable, work was excellent, and, he's a good guy! When I had subsequent questions about the operation of some of the systems, he patiently walked me through it on the phone, and even made a courtesy call once at no charge. I highly recommend him.
