Extreme Pools

I used this company for weekly pool service on my mom's house which we are trying to sell. My mom who has Alzheimer's accidentally left a hose running in the pool. No one in the family realized it. 24 hours later, Extreme Pool supposedly serviced my pool. They did NOT turn off the hose. A full week later (as in the hose has been running for 8 days) the company sends me a hostile we are not liable email saying my pool has overflowed and flooded the yard. When I addressed it, questioning if the pool was serviced the week before and if so why in the world didn't the guy turn off the hose the week before, the manager got HOSTILE with me yelling at me and saying they are not liable and that they are not supposed to turn on or off hoses. Additionally, it took MULTIPLE calls and emails (none of which were returned) for me to get a hold of the company to deal with the issue. I wasn't expecting any kind of compensation (unless they indeed are not servicing my pool every week)----but some kind of explanation or apology as to why the guy didn't either 1) turn off the hose the week before or 2) simply notify me it was running. As a result, I have 8 days worth of a running hose to pay for and a pool that looks terrible due to chemicals being off balance. Not happy with the kindness or the service of the company---so please beware.

We have been trying to reach John Crick or anyone else from Extreme Pools regarding a warranty issue. An outlet below the main steps of our pool is leaking through the new surface. In addition the marble spillway step in the spa is loose, the main Hayward pool light mount is broken and keeps moving out of place AND one of the outlet covers in the spa keeps coming off – apparently it was recessed too much for the threads on the outlet cover to hold it in place. PLEASE someone contact us!!!!!!!

I am very thankful for how EP responded to any questions we had during construction and after. John came out on the weekends or in some cases in the evenings to work around my schedule. He finished my pool on time and I cannot thank him enough for designing a pool that looks amazing. I could not visualize the pool design in my mind, however he took the time to explain every aspect of the pool as to how it will look. EP is maintaing my pool and it looks just the same way as it did when we moved in. Thank you John for doing everything you said you would. :)

Jamie always does an excellent job. My pool is always spotless. He has a regular schedule and always shows up to clean the pool as scheduled. Great job by Jamie! Highly recommended..

John Crick worked closely with us to determine our unique perspective and we completely renovated and resurfaced the older existing pool, added water features and the final result is outstanding. It truly feels like a new pool and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Extreme pool transformed our outdoor space and we will enjoy many years with family and friends in our beautiful backyard. John was able to show us our pool on his computer before we spent any money and this made us feel a lot more comfortable about what we were buying.
