My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

This letter is to acknowledge the experiences I have had with Francesca of Francesca Designs. My first project was an up date of a powder room. Replacement of vanity with a cultured marble top and faucet and taps. This was done in a timely manner and much appreciated. The second project was replacing a walk-in fridge and freezer area. This was replaced with a new pantry, stainless steel fridge and freezers, oven with warming drawer, quartz counter tops, double stainless steel sinks, with faucet and taps, new cupboards and flooring. This project took longer than anticipated, due to Covid 19 restrictions, and longer wait times for receiving appliances. Francesca worked diligently on both projects by sourcing appropriate items that were required, and being on site making sure that work was progressing as required. I would not hesitate to recommend Francesca for any updates. renovations – indoor or outdoor projects that would enhance your treasured residence. Rest assured that you would not be disappointed in her ability to provide you with the best possible advice. A happy resident.

I have been working with Francesca Design for a few years and on a variety of projects. Just recently we just collaborated on a complicated full house renovation. The project was quite extensive and multi-faceted. Francesca provided all the design and decorating recommendations and the project turned out fantastic and the client was thrilled with the result. She has a keen eye for design & the clients trust her completely with all her suggestions. Everything she suggests ends up looking fabulous and customers leave incredibly happy & glad they chose such a knowledgeable interior designer.
