Very bad experience with this company in Richmond branch. It was not too busy when we were at the store. The Manger has no English skill and not capable to answer my questions. The rest of the staffs try to ignore us. There were talking behind the counter in Cantonese/mardarin that I didn’t understand. They have good showroom and variety but service and floor knowledge are bad.

I hired Floorhouse to do my flooring and the quality of the wood is fantastic! The services from the sales rep were great and they were able to help me pick out the type that would suit my new apartment. They were also able to refer me to contractors to install it for me. The whole process was quick and seamless.

This is my second purchase of the same flooing but different color this time as they are for my church sunday school room . The reason is simple - they are the best in price and quality . Plus they have so many style and type to choose from. And the sales staff are friendly and know their product very well which made my shopping experience so easy and stress free. Thats explain why i am a repeat customer.

The flooring was very good quality. Staff provided awesome service and was very knowledgeable. Installation was quick. I highly recommend using their in house contractor to do the installation work.

After providing some information on what type of floor I was looking for, I visited the Showroom in Burnaby. As I arrived, I met with sales associates who were very helpful, informed and friendly. They showed me different options and as I selected the floor, they also recommended the installer which was a huge help for me. Everything was completed and I really felt I was taken care of as I don't know anything about the hole process of changing floors.

Commented: What is meant by "whitewash grains"?It is a 2-tone colours style with dark grey base colour and on the other hand all the wood grains are white colour :)
