I order online and didn’t got my order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no phone to call! I am so dissipated

We bought the most beautful table and are so thrilled with it. It truly is one of a kind and I love coming home from a long day at work and it is one of the first things I see when I walk in the door. I will definitely be purchasing with this company again and again.

I purchased an antler horned table lamp for my living room from Forma Living. I contacted them about what size lamp would work in my space -I took some dimensions and sent a photo and they worked with me to insure that i ordered the right size for my space. Forma also sourced a shade for the lamp too which works perfectly. Forma is very quick with a reply when e mailed - very happy with the purchase and experience.

Love this store. Beautifully curated collection of unique and interesting items that will be appreciated by those with an eye for design and a rustic modern style. I often see things here before I see them other places (i.e. magazines, on TV shows, etc). They are always willing to go above and beyond with anything you may need and are a pleasure to deal with when I've dealt with them personally. Items are shipped quickly and are well-packaged, especially delicate items. Everything has always arrived in perfect condition. Can't say enough about them.

Last month I purchased the Ellipse Chair from Forma Living. We got the indigo blue chair - my wife and I love it - looks even better in person than in the pictures. We needed some pretty specific information about the chair before we knew whether or not it would work for our space (we are pretty limited on space given that we've got a small albeit cute place in San Francisco!!) and they were quick to respond to our email and so easy to work with. When they found out that we were from the Bay Area, they offered to deliver the item themselves because they're based out of Oakland. We're definitely going to order from them again.
