Great customer service. Professional. Knowledgeable, polite and timely. Easy online billing. We have used Green Future in the past for tree removal and new tree planting. We have referred other neighbors who have also been pleased with Green Future.

Tony, Walter and crew did a great job of regrading our mostly wooded backyard to move water away from the corner of our foundation. From design to execution, the crew worked hard as they re-dug and placed trenches and drains, moved soil to slope water away from the house, hauled in load after load of stone and river rock, all in just a few days. We're left with an attractive stone-lined swale that seems to be doing its job to move water in the right direction. Tony was very responsive throughout and sent crews back to make sure everything was perfectly finished! I plan to use Green Future and their expertise in the future to help us maintain the health of our trees and landscaping.

I want to take a moment to recognize Green Future Construction for the outstanding job they did on my backyard deck project. The staff hit the ground running beginning with the demolition of the old deck once they secured the county permits, and immediately started the preparation of the foundation, followed by the construction of the deck. I was impressed with the crew work dedication along with them being very meticulous and conscience in what they were doing. These efforts caused the project to be completed under schedule. Along the way, they addressed discrepancies in their workmanship and minor damage to the existing home, reaffirming a commitment to excellence. They also did a great clean up when done. Lastly, I want to thank Mr. Thomas Silva, Project Coordinator, for working closely with me and keeping me informed verbally and in writing throughout the construction period. His open communications kept me at ease on every phase of the project. I look forward to doing business again with Green Future Construction.

Top notch. It was amazing to watch this team work. Ilie Pintile is a visionary who built a company that excels in providing quality craftsmanship and quality customer service. We visited their beautiful “showroom” to see and touch before choosing our materials. The work began when all the pavers and equipment were in place limiting the disruption. Ilie’s team for this project included Glenn Wilkerson and Nick Payne – both excellent in their roles - who physically came to the site regularly, took pictures, checked on the work and kept me informed each phase. The crew cleaned up every day, leaving none the detritus most construction crews leave. When this project was completed, I had the patio I’d always wished for but better! Summary of project: Old brick patio had to be removed. Old drainage had to be removed. Grading and new drainage had to be installed. New pavers installed. Backyard was returned to normal (not a torn up construction site littered with waste!) The crew even took the time to select unbroken bricks and neatly stacked a good number by our shed.

Green Future delivers again! They are a super professional owner-operated business that has done extensive landscaping projects at our house over the past 4 years. They always do amazing work, on time, on budget. This time we needed a large tree dead-limbed. Their estimate was reasonable, the work was completed quickly and they did an fantastic job. We now a much sunnier front yard and we don't have to worry about falling limbs.

I need to share how amazed I'm with the service for Green Future Construction, since day one in the office discussing the best ideas and option for my project with Ilie, and all the time during the project with Junior (who is absolutely amazing) giving me updates for all the work with pictures and explaining me of what they were doing and what was the next step. From top to bottom a excellent company, amazing quality and 100% professional.

This is a review of Green Future Construction and the work that they performed for me. For three weeks in July and August, their crew dismantled a stone retaining wall and rebuilt it using much of the same stone and replacing the stone that was weather worn. They also dismantled two pressure treated wood retaining walls and rebuilt them with stone to match the first wall. Their other work consisted of the repair of three other retaining walls that needed the top stones reset. Their work load was during the heat wave that was in the area during the hottest days of the Summer. One would think that this type of weather would deter them from performing at their best. They excelled at what they were able to accomplish. In fact, their upbeat attitude was a pleasure to witness. I didn’t notice anything that wasn’t done to high standards considering the conditions they were working under. They were always careful to clean up at the end of each day so while the area still looked like a construction zone, they made sure that any debris that accumulated during the day was picked up and bagged. After the project was completed, the grass areas that were worn from the foot traffic and vehicle use, were topsoiled and reseeded in an effort to bring my yard back to its natural look. The crew members on most days were Manuel, John, Oscar, and Santana. There were others who were there occasionally, specifically Freddie, who performed admirable work. I chose Green Future after having viewed another job in my neighborhood that they had worked on. I was impressed with what I saw plus their pricing was very competitive. I highly recommend using Green Future Construction and I hope your experience is as positive as mine.

Extremely professional and courteous. From the initial quoting and pricing with Eli, to the project’s completion, everything was very transparent with no surprises. Junior was very profession and cordial when visiting the project site. And Nelson and his crew were courteous, polite, and very skilled for the duration of the project. Our new deck was completed by his crew in a timely manner, with no disruption to our day or our neighbors. They were very diligent in cleaning up the site at the completion of the project and left no trace that they had been there. We have two dogs and Nelson and his crews work to keep from leaving debris behind was exceptional. We highly recommend using Green Future Construction.

We had our small backyard almost completely remodeled: removing our old concrete driveway, regrading and installation of a stone block retaining wall, sod installation, extending an existing patio and installing techo block overlay on our existing steps and newly extended patio. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and got quotes from three different contractors. We decided to go with Green Future, despite them not being the cheapest of the three, for a number of reasons. First, John Kattwinkel, our only real contact with the company prior to beginning the job, was extremely knowledgeable, flexible, and responsive. John sent us a detailed design and quote within a couple weeks of looking over the job site and talking with us. We made a number of changes he helped talk us through and was quick with changes to the design and quote. Second, Green Future was initially the most responsive of the contractors and their proposed timeline was the quickest (material delays upended this, but it was initially a factor for us). Third, we were particularly concerned about the health of the tree in the yard as it was relatively close to the proposed retaining wall. John talked through the standards for protecting a tree like that and even offered to bring in their arborist. Once work began the crew was friendly, arrived early every morning, and worked clean. The job progressed very quickly. And we were essentially finished within a week of starting the job. The finished product exceeded our expectations in every way. The installation is inch perfect. The materials that John suggested are beautiful. Our backyard is now the nicest part of our house. Our only complaint was the delay in beginning the project, which was substantial, due to issues sourcing materials -something that is common everywhere these days. The delay was unfortunate but not John's fault as I understand it. Highly recommend.

We hired Green Future to demolish an existing sidewalk that had been damaged by another company, and to pour a wider sidewalk and patio extension. From the beginning, Anthony provided a very competitive quote after carefully listening to and understanding what we were looking to have done. Junior, the project manager, provided some great input as to how the new project would be integrated with the existing sidewalk and patio. You can tell he’s not just a construction worker, but also has an artistic eye for the way things would look best. And when the construction work started, it was meticulously done by Dell and Marcelo both of whom took great pride in their work! This wasn’t the first time we had hired Green Future. We have hired them several times previously, but it was always for tree work. They had always done an amazing job taking down large overgrown trees or dead trees that were at risk of falling, all the while taking great care to not leave a mess after they were finished. In a previous review, I compared them to an orchestra. Each worker performed their part seamlessly with the others, which allowed for exceptionally efficiency. There is sometimes a risk whenever a company tries to take on too many different types of work, as opposed to specializing in one trade. Green Future has proven that they are extremely capable of delivering excellent service and outstanding work quality all at competitive pricing. They were very punctual and always communicated about the status of the project. From trees to concrete, we’ve always been extremely pleased with all the jobs they’ve done for us and will definitely hire them in the future.

I used Green Future construction for a retaining wall and they were excellent. I expecially appreciated the on-side builders. They were very patient with my constant questions about the construction of the wall and very responsive to all my requests. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience working with Green Future. They built a back patio, walkway to the front of the house, and made some other improvements to improve drainage on our property. All of the work is extremely high quality, everyone is very professional and easy to work with, the project was done on time and on budget. We worked with Eli (sales manager) and Junior (project manager), who took the time to design a project that made sense for our property and our budget, made a number of suggestions and recommendations and were never pushy or tried to "sell" us on something. The crew really went above and beyond to provide top quality workmanship and overall we were in very good hands. Highly recommended!
