Our experience: not even worth a star. The Manager does not care for the customers at all. We ordered and paid for 4 UV boards (each 1.20x2.8m) for the center and 15 JD delivery. After coming to the building they left the plates on the street not willing to deliver to the costumer‘s door. Excuse: we delivered. No, you did not. Delivery door is the center. He said it is like food delivery. Well, no. The food is also delivered to the door. He was willing only to deliver to the door if we let them work in our center, which we don‘t want and don‘t suggest to anyone. The manager was unable to find a solution, his suggestion to let the front desk lady to carry them to the 3rd floor. Taking money and fulfilling half of the service is dishonest. Not recommended at all. Update: One of the managers, Ms Hadeel tries to justify the issue instead of seeing the problem. Once again: The company knew were they are delivering. There was no information given that the product won‘t be delivered to the 3rd floor and we also didn‘t hear anything else about it. If the Mecca Street manager, Mr Mohammad Nour (as he said this name), made a mistake in forgetting to adjust the delivery or in asking important questions, than it is his job to fix the problem and not to blame the costumer. Another thing was suggested: They take the boards, we have to come to Mecca Street, to take the money back for delivery and to take the boards by ourselves. What a management.
