The design for our kitchen cabinets came out very beautiful. The price for the cabinets were average for what's available in custom and semi custom cabinetry around. They personally inspected the delivery. We did have some issues with prompt return of calls, communication etc but in the end the project came out perfect.

We had a total renovation of Kitchen, Mud Room, Family Room, and Master Bathroom. The job turned out beautiful but took more time than expected. The designer, Chris Ingram did a wonderful job creating a look that matched with the house and our needs. We gave him lots of leeway to design as he wished and we love the final outcome. I did have many issues with the cabinets from Signature Cabinet Company. We eventually got all the issues taken care of, but there were over 21 items that needed to be corrected and increased the time taken for the job by at least a month.

We hired Chris Ingram of Universal to design and supervise installation of a completely new kitchen in a home we were totally remodeling, and we could not be happier with the results. We spoke with other providers, but Chris's approach and his thoughtful design really set him apart. The budget wasn't as big as any of us would have liked, but Chris found ways to make it work without compromising quality or design. He was always upbeat and positive, a real pleasure to work with. Of course, as with any project of this size, there were some bumps along the way, but Chris was always available to address and solve them, often with an ingenious solution. And he is very hands on, understanding the physical requirements of, and able to assist with the installation.

Chris Ingram of Universal is great to work with. If you are a trade professional and need someone reliable, knowledgeable, and most of all talented with a great eye for design, he is your guy. I have worked with him for roughly 15 years and he has always been my 'go-to' guy for referring clients for cabinetry and design. As a consumer, when I remodeled my own kitchen, and although I have many other relationships with people in his industry, he was the only one I asked to design my kitchen and provide my cabinets.

We received expert design advice and beautiful attention to detail, in the renovation of our shore property after Hurricane Sandy. Chris worked with us to help solve the challenges that presented along the way. His advice on helping to select cabinetry proved invaluable. Great Job!
