we began the process with ideabox 2 years ago. Incomplete contracts, improper dates, deadlines missed and a host of excuses blaming the builder. To date the contracts are still not correct or complete and the project was never done. Buyer beware when you give them your sizeable deposit. To date they are refusing to return my money.

The homes are beautifully designed. That said, they are built by Kit Homes and are cheap and very poorly built. This is really the worst home I have ever lived in. Do not buy one.

A wonderful design experience working with Cindy and Jim Russell! We are working on a tiny home project with them and I cannot express how much I appreciate their professionalism, vision and devotion to the principle of good design and livability in a space that is not only small, but efficient, livable and oh so stylish. We knew great design was essential to living well in a small space and we were frustrated with how much really BAD design, poor construction and ghastly material was out there. Ideabox resonated with us right away, Jim and Cindy are knowledgeable, collaborative, smart, innovative, fun and very good at what they do. We are still in the design stage, so unfortunately, I have no photos to share, but next year I will!
