IDF Studio

IDF Studio and specifically our designer Blaire Schenck totally transformed our home in 2025. We found IDF online and liked what we saw on their web site. Their interior design work was so tasteful and made such great use of color; it really appealed to us! We contacted them and soon had an initial phone call with the founder and CEO, Kassin Adelman. Soon after, everything started unfolding nicely. I think we contacted them in May last year and the project was 98% finished just before Thanksgiving. Blaire was assigned our project and we had the best time working with her. We wanted work done on the whole interior, except the kitchen and bathrooms. She asked us a lot of questions to get to know us and she and another staff member (Callie) took measurements (tons of measurements) to be used for CAD drawings. We had a few Zoom meetings where Blaire shared initial and then more developed designs with us. We received documents to approve purchases (that they handled). We used their recommended contractor (R5, Emerson Duque) for painting and lighting upgrades, fireplace remodel, new closet doors, etc. The contractor and his team were the best we've ever worked with. Blaire's designs were amazing. So beautiful and fun and unique to us. We are big fans of music and cycling and color and art. Blaire worked these themes into our home so beautifully! Her design and use of our art and photos was spectacular. We have to mention her emails- they were wonderful. So complete and full of ideas and options and explanations. And always kind and positive (and funny!). We went into the project a little unclear as to how much we would need to spend, and also unclear as to the scope of our project. We had an initial budget in mind but wound up going over. However, what we got was so worth it. We have no qualms whatsoever about increasing our budget to get such nice work done. Lara in purchasing was also amazing to work with. Just like Blaire- always helpful and cheerful and responsive. We are extremely happy we hired IDF Studio to turn our home into a space so unique and beautiful. 100% recommend.

Our experience with IDF Studio was absolutely amazing! Marcy knocked it out of the park with her design for our home, creating a unified style throughout. We loved the overall design right away, trusted the process and Marcy’s vision and we couldn’t be happier! She captured our style beautifully. I cannot praise enough her attention to detail, she focused on our needs and tackled every challenge we presented her with. It was also an absolute pleasure working with Lara during the purchasing stage! She made sure that everything was delivered timely, kept us updated throughout, and made sure we were 100% satisfied with each item. All in all, we cannot recommend IDF Studio enough!

We had a fabulous experience working with IDF on a full home design project (this is our third residential project with IDF). We have a unique blocky modern house and our designer Marcy turned it into an elegant, beautiful and warm space. It was an absolute pleasure working with Marcy - she listened to our initial ideas and stayed true to them but took the design to a completely different level. She was organized, flexible, seamlessly managed all of the details and coordinated all of the installation and construction. Marcy is a perfectionist and her focus on the small touches in addition to the larger pieces resulted in a refined, finished look that we appreciate every day. We were blown away by her work and could not be happier with IDF's design and the overall experience.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Blaire on my recent interior design project, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From our very first meeting, she brought a clear vision, a deep understanding of my style, and a calm, confident energy that made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. She has a fantastic eye for detail and balance — every piece she chose felt intentional and elevated the space in an impactful way. We had a mostly renovated apartment that needed to be spruced up to make it more functional, add a bit of flair without going over the top with the budget and Edam and Blaire were amazing at listening to us and deliver designs what we wanted within a reasonable budget! It took some time to complete the project due to finding the right contractor but they worked with us through the whole thing and helped make program management as well. Lara was great working with us on purchasing too! Next time when we have larger remodeling projects in mind, we will definitely give IDF a call! They also had great tips on using the space better and overall we are happy with the final results!!!

I worked with IDF Studio on my home remodel project for a little over one year and the process and results were absolutely beautiful! I found their team to be creative, talented, and super responsive and transparent. My home is so polished yet cozy now. I'm especially excited about everything, really. No matter where I sit or stand in my space, the thoughtfulness of everything makes me soooooo glad I found Marcy! The gorgeous tiles we found, the beautiful details (door knobs, cabinet pulls), and the finishing touches of helping to brush up my old artwork and find the absolute perfect spot for everything really elevate my space. Highly recommend!

Working with Kassin exceeded all of my highest expectations. She is professional, thoughtful and incredibly creative with her design process. With both of my teen boys rooms, she helped create cool, functional and personalized spaces for the boys, all within adhering to our budget. Kassin is a true magic maker and will transform your space to make your dreams come alive!

I worked with IDF Studio on a home furnishing/remodeling project for about 12 months and the process and results were everything I ever wanted! I found their team to be easy to work with, responsive and they really listened to my wants and needs. They really helped my vision come to life and I'm so in love with my home now. I'm especially excited about the picture wall that is elegant and sophisticated but also brings the personal touch to our home that I wanted. Highly recommend!

Marcy, Kassin and the IDF team were amazing and guided us through every step of a complicated paint job - from paint color selection, to brush outs, to mock ups, they took all the deliberation and stress out of the job. Our house is an v. old Victorian with loads of beaming, craving, and small details, so this was no easy feat. Our ask was to keep the original charm of the house, but make it lighter, and feel brighter. And they delivered. Thank you! It feels like a whole new space (but somehow still home).

I came to IDF with a very specific creative vision in mind, and wanted a look for my home that was at once personal, collected, one of a kind, and true to my own style. My original plan was for IDF to save me from myself by designing the window treatments and sourcing focal points for each room, so that I could then take on what I considered the more “minor” accents and accessories as part of a crash course in channeling my inner artist (and to be honest, I was operating on a pretty humble budget). When Iead designer Laura presented the first round of sketches, I nearly fell off my chair. I could also feel my gut screaming at me to let go of the reins and just let IDF go full throttle. Five months later we are partway through install and my home is finally becoming a haven. Laura and team nailed the design concept point blank, and even curated a gallery wall on the first try! Their ability to tune in to the individual needs of a client is uncanny, and their design savvy lies not just in aesthetic appeal but in execution (budget planning, project management, timelines, etc). I even received a card in the mail from Kassin (founder and CEO) sending good vibes when it came time to wait for some longer lead time furnishings. Thank you IDF, for breathing life, soul, and vitality to my surroundings and turning my home into a sanctuary!
