Buyer Beware I spent a significant amount on furniture here, and the piece arrived in unacceptable condition. When I contacted the owner, they refused to repair, replace, or meaningfully address the problem. Communication was dismissive once payment was made, which was deeply concerning given the price and promises made at purchase. Based on my experience, I would strongly urge others to be very cautious and consider buying from a retailer with proven customer service and accountability.

My husband and I recently downsized from a spacious house in the suburbs to a much smaller apartment in the city. We've had to get rid of/donate so many of our belongings for mere lack of space, but much of what we had also did not fit the new style we hoped to achieve. We decided to take advantage of the situation, and switch out our mostly outdated and grandiose furniture to modern and sleek designs. We came across Il Decor when visiting the Boston Art & Design Gala in April, and were stunned by the beautiful and ultra high quality furniture they had on display. After speaking with Helen, we were assured in the company's commitment to their customers. She directed us to their beautiful showroom where we walked around and browsed different designer catalogs with the help of Michael. After getting an idea of our needs and preferences, we end up scheduling an in-home design consultation with Helen and Michael and found this service being incredibly beneficial. They came prepared with ideas, suggestions and even sketches. We were so impressed by their level of professionalism and eye for design. It is apparent that Il Decor only represents the best of the best, furniture manufacturers and interior design professionals, alike. We fell in love with Catellan Italia and ended up purchasing several of their pieces, along with others by Zanotta and Il Loft. It was delivered on time as promised by their delivery company. We are constantly getting compliments from our friends and family about how beautiful our home has come together. We could not be happier with our experience, and would recommend Il Decor without hesitation.

My experience with Il Decor has been nothing short of amazing. I started with a storage problem and little idea of how to solve it. Michael was so knowledgeable about an amazing closet systems partner they have called Presotto. Everything was custom designed from the dimensions to the compartments to the gorgeous wooden finish. The unparalleled customer service did not stop after the sale was made. I was able reach out with questions and concerns at odd hours and weekends and still was happily assisted. I am so pleased with the final product and would recommend Il Decor to anyone who wants the best quality, of both product and service, when redecorating or remodeling their home.
