Yevgeniy is highly professional and creative person. As designer he sees things, that we’d never thought of or imagine. My kitchen has become much bigger, yet it looks more spacious and of course gorgeous. The laundry room changed the look of the mud room to a beautiful entrance hall. I worked with this company on two bathroom renovations. Started with one, smaller one, but after it was completed I had 100% trust in the designer and hired him to renovate the second, master bathroom . In my busy household timing is everything . I was pleasantly surprised when Yevgeniy completed his design work in less than a week. Within 2 weeks we finIlized all the drawings and set up a date for material shopping . In one more week we were ready to start contractor negotiations . All my concerns about design details were addressed immediately , in the same timely manner. Phone calls and email returned within 1-2 hours. Yevgeniy was flexible and accommodating when we needed to visit stone yards or wood showrooms. He often offered to go hand pick material by himself if I was busy. He was also present at all important stages like marble cutting etc. Judging from experience with different companies , ethics like these are extremely rare. Yevgeniy was able to bring 3 different contractors to complete the project . He discussed all the details with them and negotiate prices on my behalf. It was great relief to have a professional ask the right questions and push for discounts. Once the contractor was picked and the work began , Yevgeniy visited the site often and kept monitoring the progress via phone calls and texts. I never felt that he abandoned the project once his part was completed. On several occasions he discovered contractor's mistakes early enough to re-do and save material /time. In addition, I want to stress Yevgeniy's personal qualities: soft, not pushy, no I-know-it-all attitude, respectful and attentive. I highly recommend working with him and his team.

Mr. Veller is a true professional. Very creative but also pragmatic. Work is on time and on budget. Impeccable quality drawings. Strong interpersonal skills; works well with trades, inspectors, building staff, contractors and building architect etc...and of course the owners! Yevgeniy is a total professional and gentleman. The project involved remodeling a powder room into a full bath and converting a family room into a flex room - sitting room and guest suite (with the use of a high end Murphy bed). After discussing our wants, needs, and ideas, Yevgeniy provided a simple contract defining the project, estimating the time and costs by category, assigning responsibilities, and other necessary details. We were quickly provided with detailed drawings showing exact placement of everything from lighting fixtures to floor and shower tiles. Yevgeniy responds to questions quickly and is very patient. The project was a total success. The design made my home much more functional and was key to selling it in a tough market. Yevgeniy then designed the remodel of the condominium I moved into.
