I worked with Brad Hill and Winfield at a previous firm, where I designed quite a few homes in the Avalon/Stone Harbor Market. The most recent project I completed with him came out fantastically. It was perhaps the best-executed home of the many I designed in the area, and I was incredibly happy with it. My understanding is that the client was similarly satisfied. Winfield got all the details right that only an architect would see, and those are the details that separate a great home from merely a good home. They also completed the project ahead of schedule. I would gladly refer any client considering shore builders to work with Brad Hill and Winfield Developers. I'm looking forward to working together again in the future!
