It was a pleasure working with Joe on our addition! We were not only really pleased with the result, but he also made the process much less stressful than we thought it would be, largely because Joe is a problem-solver. When you open up the walls of an older home, you never know what you're going to find. When unexpected things cropped up, Joe stayed cool and figured out a practical way forward that kept us in budget. He also added thoughtful touches and generally wanted to make sure we were happy with the finished project. We'd work with him again!

We just moved into the Washington DC area. Bought our home in Arlington. There were a few things that we wanted upgraded and contacted Joe at JDS. The kitchen and 2 baths needed major work, my wife loved the house, but I had to sell her on upgrades. We had our realtor suggest a contractor, but I didn't feel comfortable with them. Long story short. We had a complete renovation of the kitchen and baths. I can't be more happy with the outcome. My wife as well. Joe was on the site making sure everything was going as planned. The job was completed almost a week ahead of schedule, so no issues on furniture delivery. I encourage anyone reading this and in need of home repair, to call JDS. The price wasn't the lowest, but I truly feel like every penny was spent wisely. They do incredible work and continue to work with you after signing. I had a few minor changes and they agreed, provided their opinion, and everything turned out perfectly! I just can't say enough about Joe and JDS. Its very easy to work with Joe, He is currently working on my basement project and everything we visualized is coming to reality. He has really skilled professional workers for each kind of job. JDS built an upper story addition to our house. It was a major project including a new bathroom and bedroom over our garage. I recommend Joe and his crew highly to anyone. The work was excellent and on schedule. More than that Joe is a great project manager. He kept us informed and fully involved and well aware of every decision ahead of time along the way. An unfinished basement was completely finished including a workout area, an office, and a full bath. We are extremely pleased with the project. The project was completed on-time and on-budget. Joe Simpson took on a major project to upgrade and renovate a master bathroom in our home. We developed initial plans that Joe used to finalize the overall project. During the project Joe kept us informed on the schedule and work. This project involved significant tiling and a heated floor. Although the project took some time to complete, Joe did an outstanding job managing the project and our expectations. Now that we have been using the MBR for more than six months, we really appreciate the job that Joe did. He does excellent work, and I would highly recommend him to anyone. At the end of the project, Joe accomplished every one of the “punch list” items, and we were very pleased with his work.

JDS Construction did an amazing room addition on our house. He added a bedroom and bathroom over our garage. He connected the bathroom to an existing bedroom making a Jack and Jill bath for our two boys. Joe is conscientious, reliable, and honest. We appreciated his creativity and he helped us figure out some challenges in the addition. His crew was honest, respectful, and always cleaned up after themselves. we hired jds construction to convert a screened in porch to a year-round sunroom. joe and his crew did a phenomenal job and went above and beyond the scope of the work when other issues cropped up. i would hire this company again in a heartbeat

JDS Construction Services, LLC performed a laundry room remodel including walls, flooring, electrical and paint. The work was done on a timely basis and the quality of the work was outstanding. The company owner is responsive and easy to deal with. I would recommend this company to others and will likely use them again for home improvement projects.
