Konstruxion

This is the second time Mr. Campbell has helped me after severe flooding. His estimates are accurate and he communicates effectively with the client and his workers. He is an imaginative problem solver and is not satisfied until he explores all possibilities. When the job is completed, he reviews the bills with care. Major renovations were implemented in an apartment of our over 100 years old 3 story building. Stage 1 planning included architectural drawings and engineering specifications which were required to obtain city renovation permit. Along with the above, the city based the cost of the permit on the $130,000.00 budget provided by Konstruxion. Costly, but the ground floor apartment was to be completely gutted down to the original foundation. Everything in that apartment was to be replaced. The original apartment of 850 sq. ft. was last renovated in the 1950s and consisted of 1 closed room, a double room, kitchen, pantry and a 5 ft. x 7 ft. bathroom. The newly renovated apartment now consists of 1 large bedroom 13 ft. x 13 ft., the kitchen, dining and living room as an open area concept. The bathroom is now 8 ft. x 11 ft. and includes a washer and dryer installation. The open area concept necessitated major structural changes with the removal and replacement of support walls holding the building's 2 upper floors. The flooring in the apartment was leveled and replaced with ceramic tiles both in the bathroom and kitchen and tongue and groove hard floor in the remaining areas. The electrical was totally replaced; ceiling fans, alarm system and air conditioning were installed. A new air conditioning cooling unit was installed with cooling fan on the roof. The plumbing was redone which included uninstalling and re-installing the central hot water radiator heating system. As a result of these changes, the apartment is equal to a luxury condominium unit. It is now rented at 1.5 times more than what we were renting it prior to the changes and the final city inspection criteria were met. We were away on vacation while most of these changes were being made. Correct planning, detailed information and proper communication were key in making this project a success. We are extremely happy with the end result of our project and strongly recommend Konstruxion.

I hired Mr. Juan Campbell and his team to renovate my basement and two bathrooms. The job was very organized, fast an the final product surpassed my expectations. The Crew was always on time and when a complication arose Mr. Campbell was very quick to respond and offer up multiple solutions to meet my budget and also my preferences. The cleanliness of the worksite and the friendly employees made the project seem to pass very quickly and each day I loved to see how much everything had progressed. I have hired contractors to renovate both my parents and my own home and I have never had a better experience than with Konstruxion.
