Kevin transformed our rough draft floor plan & specific lifestyle ideas/needs into a complete design & set of engineered plans. We were very pleased with the results. The process working with Kevin was great. He is extremely knowledgeable on construction methods, energy efficiency, in addition to having a good sense of proportions and style. And, he's easy to work with. Our builder did not have any issues to speak of with understanding the plans which is important. The details & specs were helpful in ensuring the builder adhered to quality standards. We are living in the house now and are very pleased with the outcome and hope to be here for years to come. Kevin was great to work with and we highly recommend him. We contacted him with a lot of ideas and pictures to design a new home.. He patiently listened to understand what was important to us. During the process he was able to offer valuable creative design ideas and important cost considerations. Together we ultimately accomplished our "dream" home design. We plan to start construction soon and can't wait to see the design Kevin helped create come to life.

KDH was great to work with! Kevin listened to our ideas about our house and came up with a design that incorporated everything we wanted. He was responsive and very collaborative through the process. He respected what we wanted and also enhanced our ideas and gave us some alternative options that we would not have considered. I would definitely recommend him for any home design project.

We wanted to build a midcentury modern home and downsize. After looking at KDH's website and talking to Kevin we felt like he was the perfect fit. During the interview he really listened to our needs and he designed the house to match our lifestyle. We wanted the feel of a big home, but using less square footage. He came up with some clever ways to make that happen. The construction of the house just started. Once it's finished we'll add some pictures.

For many years it has been my dream to build my one story brick house. Growing up in the sixties, that was the style of the time. Finally, the opportunity presented itself and upon recommendation of a trusted colleague, my husband and I went to KDH Residential Designs to have the entire thing designed to our specifications. While the house isn't even started yet, the design is ready to go. It was so easy to simply e-mail the collection to contractors for quotes. It was also easy to work with this firm and their associates, sometimes in person and other times via e-mail. I can't wait to see the finished product and once done, I will be happy to post it for you.

Our project was a complete house rebuild after a major fire. From the first phone conversation, to an in office meeting KDH's input was insightful, helpful and very welcomed. The drawings that were produced were among the most detailed and complete I have seen. we can't wait to see the house complete and show off our new "work of art"
