LaDuke was chosen for our 1930 home from the recommendation of a friend as we were new to the area, and didn’t know anyone. Craig came and offered options we had not thought of to maintain the historic look of our home. He was amazing at every step of the way, and even worked with us on getting the variance we needed. And as the side of our house was torn off just prior to COVID, LaDuke was called on to address any number of issues. They did them quickly and with expertise. Always willing to hear our concerns and make changes needed. The project took 3 times longer than expected due to COVID and material shortages, but what an amazing end product. So much so we had them start a 1,000 sq ft deck project that was second to none. Can’t say enough about Craig and his team. We think of a couple of his employees as family now, Craig included.

This project involved an existing master bathroom, walk in closet, and master bedroom. Teardown to studs and subfloor with walls removed. The planning/design phase of our project went well considering we had no idea what exactly we wanted in the end, only knowing we wanted "something special". LaDuke listened to us, gave us ideas and had no problems changing plans multiple times to get make us happy. LaDuke also has a showroom in the office. Here we were able to get ideas, select our materials, and colors while we went through the planning stages. Not having to travel from store to store looking at materials and colors was a plus. We picked out cabinets, ceramic floor & wall tiles, granite, paint and wood planks all right in the showroom. A special thank you to Adrianna at LaDuke, who has a keen sense of style & colors, she guided us in the selection process. The construction part took longer than we expected. But this was partly due to our fault, changing and adding ideas as we went. LaDuke was always accommodating to these. The Field Superintendent kept us up to date on timing/schedules/costs and returned our phone calls within reasonable times. The LaDuke crew and the sub-contractors were always polite and cleaned up after themselves. The craftsmanship was top notch, could not be better. I can’t complain about 1 thing and if I did, they fixed it. The cost was more than we expected, but again we added and changed things as we went. In the end, we felt like we got what we paid for. LaDuke delivered that "something special".

Each step in creating my beautiful room was done with excellence. I appreciated the communication about times and work to be done as well. Every person who worked on this project cleaned up after they left for the day. I received help in choosing what would work best. I was left each day feeling sure and confident because of the good attitude, professionalism and abilities of each worker too.

Top notch company!!! Everything we discussed they really listened and the work was some of the best contractors we have ever met. They didn't treat this like another project they took our vision and turned it into a dream kitchen. When Kurt said my electrician or plumbing or the tile guy will be here at 7:00am they were here! After the days work was done... they cleaned up! There never was a guess with any of these guys! From the owner Craig to all his staff 100% honesty is what I received! Now they are going to doing another project!! So exciting !

From the minute I walked in the door at LaDuke Construction LLC, I knew this was the builder for me. The knowledge he shared, experience in the field, this is the team I was looking to build my dream. We found a modular home that worked within my budget. LaDuke Construction LLC helped me create my design, set up a detailed schedule with completion dates, and worked with my mortgage lender. The best part, they always answer the phone and treat like family. Whenever I had a question or concern, they were they to help. The Champion modular home is great quality. The walls are 6-inch-thick, the windows are strong and solid. The cabinets and trim thought the house are beautiful matching wood. I love the shower in the master bath, it is large and is easy to clean. It is a well-sealed home ready for a cold winter. The way the home was delivered and set was fast and professional. The skill in the team was amazing! They set this large home on the corner of the basement wall perfect 4 times, that is skill. I am happy I chose a Champion modular home built by LaDuke Construction LLC.

As an architectural photographer it is my pleasure to photograph the homes by LaDuke Construction. I am constantly impressed by the quality of work & the attention to detail.

A large tree had fallen on our cedar log home during a snow and wind storm. We decided to hire Craig LaDuke to do the repair work since we had worked with him before when we originally built our home about 20 years ago. At that time he was a Lindal cedar log home dealer and we went through him for all the materials from Lindal and for some of the finish carpentry work. We were just as pleased with this most recent experience with him as we were with our first. Craig, Kirk, and the rest of the crew are very knowledgeable, professional, and polite to work with. They took the time to be sure that all of the soffit materials were cut and stained to match exactly to the original, and the shingles were also an exact match. Everything blended beautifully with the rest of the house. They completed the work in a timely manner and provided us with weekly updates from the time they first came out to assess the damage until the work was all complete. Craig and team did an excellent job upfront working with us to identify our requirements and presenting alternatives. Once we had agreed upon requirements, Craig went to work to develop a plan that made the addition look like it was part of the original design of the house. The project was then turned over to Kirk. Kirk has done a great job getting the plan implemented. He has been great to work with. He is always available. Any concerns have been quickly addressed. The LaDuke Team has done an excellent job keeping us informed of the status of the progress. They are a pleasure to work with, very professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a project.

Craig LaDuke, the owner of LaDuke Construction, is a very honest, straightforward, knowledgeable and professional business man. His employees are very personable, professional, do high quality work, show up on time, and finish the job in a very timely manner. LaDuke Construction is also very competitively priced. I would not hesitate to call LaDuke Construction again in the future for either a small job, some remodeling or building brand new.

From the first on-site visit to hanging up the tool belt on the final day, we knew we had the A-Team; conversations with the La Duke craftsmen and the well chosen subcontractors were technically precise, but made in a digestible fashion. The La Duke staff and their subcontractors worked on our project as a team. Everyone was always working; the work ethics were second to none. With the working knowledge we have of home construction, we know the materials and methods used met or exceeded specifications or building codes. The project met all of our expectations; we could not be happier with the results of the kitchen remodel. They did listen to us in all conversations.
