Lindus Construction/Midwest LeafGuard

We have had Lindus do renovation construction for us over the last 10-15 years. We keep having them back because they do excellent work. We started out getting competitive quotes from local home improvement companies. I was most impressed with the Lindus representative, along with Andy Lindus who had a Saturday morning home improvement show on WCCO radio in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area. Their prices were competitive, not the cheapest, but the best value in our judgement. We selected Lindus to do the entire job: siding, windows, insulation, doors, and Leaf Guard gutters. The construction took a couple weeks during the fall. We were very pleased and there was minimum disruption of our daily routine, which surprised us. Everything has worked very well, the windows are solid, the insulation keeps us warm in the winter along with keeping the electric and heating bills reasonable. The Leaf Guard gutters eliminated water problems in our basement, which had been a problem for us for years. They did an outstanding job. When we did have some questions they came back and corrected concerns we had. Because of that performance we had them install out back entry deck, it was a relatively small job, but it is really cool!! Again we liked the quality of the work, so we had them reside our garage. There was a minor problem with the garage siding, so I called them to correct it. Two of Lindus's people came out, corrected the problem in no time at all. While there they asked if anything else needed attention. I mentioned the garage service door was not closing as I liked. They checked it out, I showed them my concern, and for the next couple hours they reinstalled the door! It works perfectly. They came out to fix a siding glitch, and reinstalled the door, that was outstanding not to mention showing their versatility. This spring (2022) we had hail storms, which resulted in significant damage to our roofs. Because of their previous performance I selected Lindus for the quote and to do the installation of a new roof. Lucas Trickle the Lindus representative worked with my State Farm Adjusters to get everything approved to our satisfaction. Once that was done we scheduled the installation of the roof. The shingles were torn off and reinstalled in one day! The crew started at 7am and were done by 7pm!! It was incredible, they cleaned everything up, we couldn't even find any nails!! And believe me when your roof is torn off and reinstalled there are a lot of nails and debris, yet my wife and I walked about when they were done and couldn't find anything!!! That was the initial installation of the roof. Over the next couple weeks, Lindus people come out to complete various details that needed attention. As far as I was concerned the job was completed, and we are very satisfied. That has been the history of our relationship with Lindus Construction.

Lindus construction provides excellent work and they do their own internal inspections to meet client expectations. They replaced some new cupboard doors that they caught flaws in during installation. They listen and respond to questions throughout the project and clean up is outstanding remembering that renovation does come with dust and noise. My kitchen remodel should be done in a couple weeks! This is the third project they have done for me and they are worth every penny.

It was a pleasure dealing with Lindy’s Construction for the purchase and install of gutters on my house. A board behind the gutter had rotted and needed to be replaced. Lindy’s had to remove the gutter as the authorized dealer for Leafguard. My only complaint would be that the price was a bit high. The workman were efficient and professional. They arrived as scheduled, did the work efficiently, cleaned up and left the worksite as good or better than before. Lindy’s Construction was a pleasure to work with.

Even with unexpected shipping delays with materials, Lindus Construction plowed through installing new windows, siding, gutters, soffits, facia AND fixed our patio covering as soon as was possible, working outside in JANUARY during freezing temps. We had extreme drainage issues that they engineered to fix and they went the extra mile in so many ways. Professional, reliable and timely. Their inspector's final touch-up fixes reassured us all was good. Also, they had the best variety of colors/materials over other companies we looked into. We're happy, glad we chose them, worth every penny.

I had windows put in. They were on time getting here, & very nice. The work was great, I would never have guessed that block windows installed in the basement would be so pretty. I still marvel at them when I go downstairs. And it was great to have them open in the summer for air movement. They had someone come back to check the work & fix anything he thought was not perfect. The whole experience was great & when I need a new roof, they will be who I call.

Completed project. Took a little longer. Mistake made with window color but corrected it. Always polite and considerate. Last inspection was a quality control and I was impressed with him and his thorough inspection. Great job

Due to hail damage I needed to have my Leafguard gutters replaced. they did a very nice job and there was no debris left behind. I made a change in part of the gutter system and the were very accommodating.

The Lindus people were efficient and quick taking out the old insulation and adding new spray foam and blow-in . All was done within the estimated time frame and the residuals were cleaned up. A good job was done.

This is the 2nd time using Lindus.. I came BACK to them for a reason. They are straight forward. relaible folks. GOt the job done well.

Awesome! Did a great job and cleaned up afterward, highly recommended. Very pleased with the finished product. Would recommend taking away the required 20 word comment rule.

The Lindus crew that worked on my house was great! We had our large house re-sided, new brick, soffit and fascia, and gutters. They provided status updates, answered my questions, and provided great recommendations when we ran into the inevitable hiccup of replacing old with new. Their quality control process is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced which left me with an amazing end result in which I felt 100% confident in the lasting power.
