We had the complete pleasure to have Interior Design Concepts work to design and implement a gorgeous remodel of our primary bathroom and basement bar. From the very beginning, our meetings felt like a gathering with friends who immediately knew our style and then applied their incredible knowledge of interior design into our projects. Lori’s keen eye for design details helped us discover a unique look for our primary bath and bar that we would not have come up with on our own, yet they both feel very much like us and function so much more efficiently than before. The bar was an added project midway through the bath project and the team handled this with care to help bring the close of both projects together, on time and budget. Danielle is a masterful project manager. She responded quickly, had answers and always came with a plan. The team that performed the work were nice, professional, cleaned up after themselves and were very respectful being in our home. Although both Lori and Danielle had many clients during the time they worked with us and were handling the opening of a new store, they made us feel that we were their only clients during this project, and this is a rare gift. In the end, we have a spa-like and serene bathroom with heated floors, zero entry shower with dual shower heads, dual sinks all in finishes that are timeless. Our basement bar now feels like it belongs in a swanky area with dark & moody features but also a modern brightness that encourages us to stay and enjoy it. We feel so fortunate to have found Lori & Danielle and the IDC team. It would be a real pleasure to work with Lori & Danielle on future projects! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I redid the master shower and the backsplash in the kitchen. I can’t say enough good things about IDC. They listened to what I wanted and everything turned out exactly as expected. The sub contractor was wonderful. Excellent communication and follow up by everyone involved. They will be my go to for future projects!

Lori and Danielle did great work for us with helping design a kitchen remodel then subsequently completing remodeling 3 bathrooms and laundry room. Lori worked with us to stretch our thinking and the result was a fabulous primary bathroom that we are very pleased is now part of our home. Same for the guest bath, powder room and laundry. Danielle and her team of contractors are equally great to work with taking the design and making it live.

My husband and I have worked with Interior Design Concepts since 2014 to remodel a home that we purchased. In our latest remodel, Lori and Danielle did an amazing job remodeling our worn out fireplace from the early 1990's, replacing carpet and tile as well as update a staircase and remove a wall to open up the sunken living room. We will be calling on Interior Design Concepts to finish the last project in the spring of 2023. Lori and Danielle are the best!

Lori and Danielle and their team were exceptional in designing and completing our primary bath remodel. Oh, my gosh - This is a sparkling team of women that get the job done - are even nice to the customer - and - wait for it - they Communicate! The talent/patience/respect is glowing - problem solvers and list makers - what could be better if you want to sleep at night.? I had a wonderful experience with Interior Design Concepts! My goal was to remodel my small townhome kitchen out of its outdated builder's original (laminate cork countertops, chipboard cabinets, you know the look) and into a more timeless look that incorporated materials that were easy to keep clean and a design that maximized storage space, all within a pretty strict budget. Lori met with me a couple of times to help pick out the new materials for the countertops, cabinets, backsplash, sink, and flooring so I felt confident about the finished look even before the project started. While the structure of my home didn't allow for a total reconstruction, Lori found a way to add tons more counter and cabinet storage while barely sacrificing any of the floor space. Danielle managed the project day-to-day with excellent communication about what stages would happen when, so I always knew when workers would be coming and going from my home. My new kitchen feels fresh, utilitarian, and timeless, and the project was even completed two weeks earlier than anticipated. I can't wait to work with them on whatever my next home renovation project will be!

No,not everything went perfectly but the end result is so beautiful we don't even recall the problems. All of the problems were related to supply chain issues.. We are delighted with the end result and love our super relaxing spa bathroom.
