Marissa Cramer Interiors

Marissa helped us remodel our dated, builder grade condo in Playa Vista in the summer of 2018. Marissa selected new furnishings and accessories and remodeled our dining nook, powder room, living room, with new flooring and paint throughout the entire home. No project or task was too daunting or too minor for Marissa. From selecting accessories, advising on chair selections, working with the contractors to build custom cabinets, and project managing the build-out, Marissa helped with everything and made it a smooth, fun process. The end result is a beautiful, modern, high-end condo that we enjoy living in every day. Marissa has great taste and selected fixtures and furnishings that all worked together very well. She also helped bridge the distinct styles between my partner and myself, understanding both of our styles and needs and finding a way to balance the designs in a way that produced a beautiful final result. As we progressed through the project, I observed how much care Marrisa put into selecting each and every accessory, piece of furniture, tile, flooring, and fixture. Marissa was also happy to work with me if I wanted to do a little bit of my own research on certain items. She was very proactive in the suggestions that she made, encouraging us to upgrade when it would make a big impact, but not in a way that felt like we were being up-sold. She was extremely considerate of our budget and was clever with spreading the budget across various projects (e.g. inexpensive coffee table but nicer marble title in bathroom). During the renovation, I did not have to worry about a thing. Marissa is patient, responsive, resourceful, reliable, easy to work with, among many other wonderful qualities that you want in an interior designer. Marissa was always easy to get a hold of (text, call, etc) and was able to work our meetings in around our busy work schedules. Marissa diligently worked with the contractors to make sure the build out was progressing smoothly and kept us informed of any challenges or unforeseen circumstances. She recommended great contractors, and we continue to have a relationship with the general contractor who did most of he work. Also, our cat adored Marissa. Thanks Marissa for everything you've done. We hope to work with you in our next home one day!!

I worked with Marissa Cramer on an extensive interior remodel project in Playa Vista. I acted as the Owner Representative, coordinating and overseeing the project, from a very high level. She was the interior design and part of a wonderful team. She is extremely organized, prompt, professional, and talented. She is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her.

Marissa was a delight to work with. She presented us with a number of options that were just what we wanted with minimal fuss and easily updated items as we made decisions and changes on the fly. Our build out day was fantastic and we could not be happier with our new space. I cannot recommend working with her enough.

I'd like to give a great review for marissa for her professionalism and ability to provide realistic foresight into what will work and not work. She has a calm and professional way of communicating. It's obvious she has had some type of training in providing great customer service and dealing with all different kinds of clients. I appreciate my time with her and wish her the best!!!

Marissa was beyond amazing in helping 2 busy parents of a toddler in renovating 3 bathrooms and stayed on schedule. She really listened to us on what we liked and disliked and the final results were beyond what we could have asked for. Marissa also checked in on the contractors daily to ensure the littlest of details are not overlooked and she is very quick to communicate with us when problems do arise. Overall we highly recommend her to tackle any design projects. We felt with her help it not only saved us time (if would have taken me years if I attempted to do this myself) and she also shopped wisely for us.

Marissa is absolutely amazing. We thought we had a vision...but when we began putting our vision together, we quickly realized were absolutely lost! Marissa was there to guide us every step of the way, making us feel comfortable and excited throughout the entire process. Our house quickly turned into a home with Marissa's assistance. There is no need to look anywhere else, I HIGHLY recommend Marissa and I’m honored I had the opportunity of watching her do her magic. We love our new digs!

Marissa is so creative and easy to work with. The results of our bathroom renovation were stunning. I am thrilled and astonished at the transformation. Marissa has ideas for every budget and puts her all into making the vision a reality. A definite yes!

We loved working with Marissa! Not only was she thoughtful, hard working, and attentive, she also has incredible taste. She went above and beyond what was needed to get the job done and we were thrilled with the outcome.

Marissa did such an amazing job with our office! It wasn't a huge space to begin with (550 sq ft) but the way she "opened" up the floorplan through the use of wall mounted desks and round tables really created a feeling of spaciousness. The best part was that she managed to make the office looks modern and upmarket with a very reasonable budget. Marissa's attention to detail and dedication to her work makes her the best designer I've ever worked with.

I would highly recommend Marissa! She is friendly, trustworthy, organized, timely and very fun to work with. Also, I absolutely love her style and am very happy with the outcome of my remodel. Marissa was always available to meet in-person or speak via phone or email. She was also flexible and very accommodating when to came to making adjustments in the design plan, as needed. Overall, Marissa made the process of our remodel less stressful and more fun. I would love to work with her again and I can't wait to see all of the great projects that lay in her future.

You need Marissa in your life! She took our rather vague brief, designed something that looked amazing, and then executed her vision with care and attention to detail. She was considerate of our budget and was brilliant at communicating changes with us. Everyone loves the space that she's created and we wouldn't hesitate to ask her to do another project for us.
