About a month ago Rob was given a new motor to install for us. Rob kept cancelling with all kinds of excuses. For a week he neither called back nor answered our texts. Finally, yesterday he sent a very rude text saying he would be here today. Rob has been made very aware of our time constraints due to him constantly rescheduling. We have had to make changes to our schedule waiting for him and he never showed up. Last night I asked him to at least give us an idea of when he could be here. He refused to at least give us an idea so we could be here, instead, he said if we were not here he would not come back. I informed him that since we had no idea of when he might come, and since he knows our schedule, we would be here after 2pm. We did not hear back from him until today at 11:25am saying he would be here in 40 min. We dropped everything we were doing, sped on the freeway attempting to make it back but, he left. We asked him to leave us the motor, he refused.
