Pondering Waters is one of the best companies I have dealt with. They offer honesty, competitive prices and excellent work. They are expert at what they do. They installed my backyard pond about six years ago, and have maintained it since then. Pondering Waters has given me great service, and I highly recommend them.

Jeff Michaels and his crew at Pondering Waters are the best! They never stop by before confirming their scheduled visit at least one day before hand. The job site is always neat and clean when they leave it. Before Jeff and his crew from Pondering Waters came to our rescue, we were fumbling our way through the maze of fish pond management. They truly know their way around feeding, chemicals to add, pumps and waterfalls, pond lighting, and flora maintenance, as well is overall care of the fish. We ALWAYS recommend Pondering Waters to anyone we meet who is maintaining a waterscape, or planning to start one.

Jeff Michaels redesigned an existing water feature and constructed it to become the focal point of my property in Franklin. It received public acclaim as my property was part of the annual Franklin Garden Club Walk in 2012. His work was completed consistent with his estimate for timing and cost. Jeff has continued to follow up to assist me in properly maintaining its functionality and appearance. People in the landscape business recognize Jeff as a leader in the design and construction of great outdoor water features.

I first used Pondering Waters several years ago to re-build a pond that was poorly designed and installed by another company. Jeff and the crew from Pondering Waters did a great job of re-designing the pond and rectifying the persistent problems I was having. Since that time I have had no problems with the work they have done and the pond looks and performs great. I also use Pondering Waters to annually clean the pond and their work is always done well.

Jeff and his crew have been helping me with my outdoor Koi pond and waterfall for close to 6 years now. At the beginning I didn't know if I would be able to take care of it, but with their experience and knowledge they gave me the help I needed to really be able to enjoy the beauty and serenity of my pond. they also rebuilt the waterfall (a poor previous construction) and made it absolutely gorgeous and I credit Pondering Waters for their work. always professional and friendly. Let me just say this...you will be hard pressed to find a better company to go to work for you or a better guy than Jeff Michaels. His integrity and character are one of the main reasons I would recommend him to anyone! btw, we didn't know him. Someone recommended him to us based on his character. It was truly a leap of faith to go with him as a start up company at the time, with such a big project at stake. Jeff did a very large waterfall for us that cascades down into two ponds. He was able to create exactly what we envisioned and actually made it better than we could have dreamed. The fact that at the time, it was the largest waterfall he had ever done wasn't a deterrent for him at all. He had full confidence he could accomplish our dreams. We have a tremendous amount of hardscape landscaping all around our house and the waterfall itself. The true testament to Jeff's work is the fact that even though we have had to have the settling hardscape redone over and over again, The waterfall doesn't seem to have moved an inch in the 9 years we've been enjoying it. We also run the waterfall 24 hrs/day from early spring till we can't keep up with the falling leaves any longer. Also, the maintenance of the waterfall, opening and closing and any little thing that we may want or need during the summer is attended to quickly, professionally and painlessly on our part. Ponderwaters has opened and closed my pond for the last two year. Outstanding job each time!! Staff treats my pond as their own. Every aspect of the clean-out is done in a very professional and through manner! I would highly recommend the company.

JEFF & his staff have always been very professional in their workmanship and their responce to our needs.Without their help I might have considered closing down our waterfall and pond. At our age it would be just to much work.See you in the spring.

Jeff at Pondering Waters retrofitted my fish pond pump, replaced two leaking valves and monthly maintains my 16'x10', five-feet deep pond and two waterfalls. He is timely, professional and reasonably priced.

I had a new pond less waterfall put in my backyard. It is gorgeous and I had lots of compliments on it. They got rid of my big pond and replaced with a pondless waterfall.
