Precise Home Builders did a great job of turning our vision for our retirement home in Oxnard, that needed remodeling into our dream home. We were very impressed during our first meeting with Moshe that he was able to draw a sketch incorporating both our ideas and his suggestions into a plan that we loved. Precise remodeled both our kitchen and master bath. They went that extra mile to help us procure hard to get items during times when there were supply chain issues. During this remodel we were getting ready to sell our Valencia home which developed a major leak. Precise came to our rescue and did a wonderful job in remodeling our shower and tub while helping us as much as possible to keep our costs down. We are very happy with the work that Precise did in both homes and would not hesitate to recommend them.

We literally had a zero complaint experience when they built our guest house. Easily some of the best builders in Los Angeles - we plan to use them again!

We just completed our 2nd bathroom renovation with Precise, and got to work with Belle this time. It was great to have her design eye as a part of the process - made it so much easier to select finishes, tile, and all the design choices along the way. We were hesitant to remodel during COVID, but everyone who came to our home was so kind and respectful - wearing masks and taking precautions.

Very good work with attentive management and follow-up. Belle was very knowledgeable and great to work with on management of job. Lauren in office management was very pleasant and responsive.

We recently completed a full remodel of our kitchen addition and a refresh of our living room with Precise Home builders. Not only did they meet the expectations set by me and their previous clients who had worked with them in the past, Moshe (owner and our Precise designer) also went above and beyond to exceed them. From the conception of our project, we met with several design and build firms and GC’s. it wasn’t until we sat down with Moshe we were confident he understood our vision for the project and were confident him and his team would be the best to execute the job. From the start of our design process through construction and follow-up, Precise demonstrated their professionalism, expertise, customer service, and true passion for their business. It is clear that their true purpose is to ensure their client’s complete satisfaction, and each and every individual – from owners to designers to contractors to office manager – put in the time, effort, and energy to ensure that they accomplish this goal. Precise has excellent project management, ensuring a successful project. They very clearly outlined expectations for budget and timeline, and worked with us to adjust and fine-tune both as needed. Ultimately, our project was completed on budget and on time (give or take a few additional days for final touch ups). Moshe did an amazing job at keeping us in communication and interface with all of his team, from our project coordinator Rachel, cabinet designer, the Forman, and HVAC. Our periodical meetings during construction are very organized and effective, efficient, including agendas sent in advance to ensure alignment on open topics/issues. Precise also partners very well with any sub-contractors, venders needed to ensure that the same level of professionalism and work ethic is provided, regardless who is completing the work. When ever I had any questions or issues arise, Moshe and Rachel went above and beyond to ensure they are addressed immediately, even coming by our house after hours to accommodate schedules. Such a minor issue we’re always treated with a very impressive sense of urgency. Not only are we extremely pleased with the final result of our kitchen and living room, but we are also excited to have found a reputable, respectable, trustworthy company to partner with again in the near future for the next phases of home remodel. The team at Precise quickly becomes more than a construction partner; Moshe and his team become trusted friends who you know have your best interests at heart. Look no further you have found the only construction/remodel company you will ever need! We have worked with Moshe at Precise Home Builders twice now with great experiences and results both times. The first project was a full kitchen/bath/living/dining room gut & remodel. Not only did Moshe ‘get’ what we were looking for (ie.not another cookie cutter remodel) and use his design expertise to bring it to life, but he and his team also finished several weeks ahead of schedule and not a penny over the original quote - amazing and practically unheard of! The second, and most recent, project was building a pool and spa in our backyard - we didn’t even think twice in choosing Moshe and Precise to take on this task. Once again we were throughly impressed with the knowledge, advice, design and efficiency the Precise team gave us. From start to finish Moshe was on hand to guide us through every stage of the process, and having never built a pool before we were extremely grateful for his expertise and patience. No question was too big or small (and believe me we had a lot of questions!) and he was always quick to respond and troubleshoot anything that came up which gave us such peace of mind throughout. He has also been on hand for any settling in issues that have arisen with the new pool and remedied them quickly. There was one occasion when Dino came to our aid with an issue and he was just as helpful and efficient as Moshe always is which leaves me in no doubt that whomever you work with at Precise you will have a great experience. We recommend Precise to friends all the time - give them a call, you won’t regret it!

Precise did a great job ultimately and delivered a beautiful home for us. We knocked out a wall, did a balcony,put outside stamped concrete in, extended a room, put a new powder room in, redid the stairs, refloored the house, and closed in a room upstairs. We were very prompt with our payments and in return they stayed on schedule. Near the end we made our final payment even though there was more work to be done. Once the owner of Precise found out about the work it was done within a week. We had problems with the air conditioning, plumbing, and other things and precise always came through and fixed it. All of the little details that we complained about they addressed and fixed them. If it is in the contract, you can trust that they will get it done and do a great job of it. Unlike other contractors, they had someone working on our house almost every single day. No excuses. Once they started, they attacked it. The new kitchen is modern and beautiful. They are extremely good at holding your hand through the process. They helped design it and came up with alternatives to make us happy whenever an obstacle got in the way. They worked with us closely on decorating and design decisions.We definitely would recommend them, but do your homework before getting bids. As with all construction, quite a few things came up that required us to spend more money. They way underbid on lighting (underbid by 17 lights), never mentioned that we would need cork (add $4,000)under our upstairs flooring,created situation that forced us to redo backyard concrete to get proper drainage($20,000), killed our backyard grass,ruined part of our sprinkler system, they mentioned they could do a few different design items that were left out of the contract and later re-mentioned as change orders,and we had to pay extra $4000 for relocating a pipe that they missed in the original bid. In their defense, none of the change orders were listed in the actual contract so I was forced to pay the extra amount. My disappointment was that most of the change orders were something that should have been in the original bid. I had to pay for my ignorance. Overall we are still very happy with the Precise staff as people and LOVE our new home. If I was more diligent in the initial contract reading I could have avoided a lot of the issues. I am told by others that all construction contractors do change orders and generate more revenue, but I was not prepared for it and at my absolute limit on spending. This is the only reason we gave them a 4 star and not a five star. Their work and the people themselves are five star most definitely. Cannot complain at all about the actual job itself. They did a fantastic job and were an absolute pleasure to work with . We always felt like they paid immediate attention to us. They made us feel like their only clients. They really made us feel like they wanted to make us happy and meet all of our needs. We plan on doing our bathrooms in the future and we will definitely be having them bid the jobs. We would not hesitate to work with them again. Ultimately after all said and done, you will definitely be happy with their design, construction and finished product. I will let you know that I have already recommended them to two different people I know getting their kitchens and bathrooms redone.

We're a couple with two little kids who wanted to add a third bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet to our 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom house in Burbank. We also wanted to vault the ceiling in our dining room and add skylights there and in our kitchen. We had 2-3 contractors bid out the project and Dino's professionalism, preparedness and positive, straight forward attitude convinced us to hire Precise. He managed our expectations with regards to budgets, every step of the construction and timeline well. His project manager Jackie was a pleasure to work with as well. We always felt like she cared about their customers, made sure we were happy with how things were moving along, and she took charge if something needed immediate attention. The addition took almost 4 months to complete and we are extremely happy with the way everything turned out. It's definitely our favorite room in the house and turned out just like we envisioned it, if not better! The dining room looks much bigger and nicer now, just by adding skylights and vaulting the ceiling. We highly recommend Precise to anyone looking to build a house, remodel, or add an addition!

I used Precise Home Builders for not one but TWO projects on my house. They did two complete bathroom remodels for me. That alone should comment on how pleased I was with their work. Moshe and his team were patient, accommodating and thorough. Anytime there was a problem they corrected it. I had to make sure that I kept a close eye on the progress but I would have to do that with any contractor. If I have work to do in the future I will call Precise first.

This review is long overdue for Moshe and his team. We hired Precise to redo all of our bathrooms (3) which included enlarging the Master Bath for a double sink and add a walk-in closet. Moshe was able to quickly sketch out how he would design and build out our bathroom and closet on the first visit which sold us on him. During the project there were bumps but the way they handled them is why we would highly recommend them. In the end, they checked all the boxes for a job well done; finished on time, on budget and did a beautiful job.
