Scope – gut and remodel older home (100+ years old) including kitchen, bath, laundry and office. I strongly recommend Precision Home Improvement (PHI) and would certainly use them for any future projects. From our first meeting to project completion, Chris was always professional, skilled, competent, made suggestions for improvements and was helpful and easy going. Areas were always neat and orderly at the end of the day. All staff and sub-contractors were professional and capable. Chris was always available for questions and addressed any issues I raised quickly and to my satisfaction. This was my first experience with a remodel and working with a general contractor, so I had considerable trepidation in placing trust and a significant investment in a stranger. He had been recommended by a coworker and was not the first contractor with whom I spoke. I was put at ease by his manner and knowledge. I was pleasantly surprised when stated he wouldn’t request any part of the payment “… until he produced something.” Others had wanted 50% upfront. Upon completion of the project I am very happy with the results, the process, PHI and Chris Pier.

My husband and I have had many projects at our home that we have had Precision Home Improvement do for us. The most recent job Mr. Pier did was a fantastic luxury shower bathroom addition. There was much detail to the tile work that was required and it came out far beyond our expectations. We absolutely love it. He is very personable and will always keep you well informed during all phases of the construction process. The project was finished on time and was on budget. We would highly recommend Precision Home Improvement to anyone looking for a trustworthy contractor.

I highly recommend using Precision Home Improvement for virtually any project that you may be thinking about to repair, upgrade, or completely renovate any portion of your home. First of all, this individual returns phone calls and shows up to work when scheduled. And secondly, his work ethic and quality of work is the best of anyone I've ever had doing projects on my house. One example I'll share is when I had a leaky new toiled that was installed as part of a complete bath renovation, I called and within 30 minutes I received a return phone call from Bermuda as he was on a cruise with his wife. Are you kidding? Most contractors have a bad reputation for not showing up or returning calls that is well deserved. This individual called while on vacation, told me what to do, and said he would be at my home to deal with it when he returned which he did four days later. Amazing.

Chris' work is always of high quality. He is a pleasure to do business with. I would recommend him and work with him again.

Chris and crew remodeled a full bath for us. Their rate was very fair, and work was excellent. Once the project started, they addressed unforeseen issues without cutting corners. We were impressed with how clean the crew kept the job site. We had them back later to pop in some basement windows, and do some framing for a basement finishing project. I'd highly recommend them.

I have used Precision Home Improvement several times. I have had them replace windows (19 in all in 2012) and to put a new front porch on my house (2009). Chris and his workers are careful and courteous. The work was done on time and did not exceed my budget. I never have any concern about the quality of Chris's work. It is always excellent. I hope to use him again to remodel a kitchen and bathroom. I have recommended Chris to friends and co-workers. Everyone who has used him has been pleased with his work.

PHI is the company you can totally trust. I still remember the first time I hired them for my carpenter ants damaged front porch work about 15 years ago. The estimate was $400 to $700. When it's finished, they charged me only $400. Since then, they did remodeling for our kitchen, bath, family room and other misc jobs. They did excellent job on each and every project. Other than that, they take initiatives to do the job better and cost less. Good companies like this are few and far between.

Chris is great to work with in all aspects from the beginning to the end of the project. He has great ideas, shows up on time, is thorough and detail- oriented and always available to answer the phone. I've hired for a couple projects and have no hesitation in giving 5 stars or referring friends to him.

Precision and Chris have done several projects at our house. He is meticulous, trustworthy and fair. Chris is always available when you have any questions and is more then helpful guiding you through a sometimes stressful process. I have recommended him to many of our friends and they have all been happy as well.
