Raywal Cabinets

This is my second kitchen renovation using Raywal and would highly recommend working with Kellee O'Brien (Ajax location) as your design consultant! She is incredibly patient, provides thoughtful options and goes above and beyond to make sure the work is completed to the highest standards. I had a unique reconfiguration and difficult loft beam hidden in the wall to work around - Tim (installer) worked his magic to take apart some of the cabinets to relocate the support piece on the back so it could be placed in the correct position for installation. This particular renovation also hit a major bump when the counter installation (a different company) was completed without being properly measured. Instead of the counter company redoing their work, Kellee and Tim went back and forth to provide me solutions to fix the gap that was left between the counter and my pantry. 10/10 in my books! (The full renovation is not yet complete but these photos show the cabinets at least)

Raywal scored full points in all categories. we are totally impressed by the of our new kitchen cabinets designed and made by Raywal. Raphael, the technician arrived yesterday with 3 brand new doors to ensure the one door we need will fit properly!! we asked why 3 when we only required 1, he indicated that his company wanted to ensure that the job is done perfectly. he even took time to check that all doors are in proper alignment. John Cardoso, the designer, guided us from the beginning of our kitchen renovation project. he who was most knowledgeable and resourceful. we are most pleased with final product and will enjoy it for many years to come. Michelle Levy, the office coordinator managed all activities. she was super responsive and capable as deliveries were made as scheduled. we extend our sincere appreciation to strong leadership of Brian Magee, Stephen and Adam, the management team. we highly recommend Raywal Cabinets to our friends and community.

I cannot thank Carly from Raywal Kitchens in Ottawa for helping us design our kitchen and Roy who installed it. If you want an amazing customer experience coupled with outstanding designn ideas I highly recommend these two professionals.

it's a long story, but these are the details.. i decided to add-on to the existing so i spoke with a salesperson and ordered a pantry. i called him back 2 days later to order the crown moulding, and valence trim because why not? this guy told me i would have to pay for shipping again! i told him just add it with the other order, if it takes extra time thats fine, but im not paying twice for shipping on an order they hadn't even started yet. he actually said he had to review it and made it sound like he was doing me a huge favour by saving me the shipping cost. over the phone i told him i could drop off cash payment at the showroom...he wasn't available and told me "I could stop by tonight and pick it up from your house". im like buddy i don't have that cash on me...im not even home yet. he was just very pushy. the pantry comes in with the kickplate as ordered...only the pantry. we had a family friend install it. we noticed right away the staining on all pantry doors were striped and washed out, as if someone forgot to spray a second coat. after a lot of back and forth with the service department, they agreed to replace the doors and sent someone over to pick up a door sample to best match the colour. the kickplate that was delivered was scratched and chipped, we could not use one portion of it. and they didn't include the t

We looked at many kitchen cabinet companies and got prices that ranged substantially. Raywal and its relationship with Costco brought the price into the middle of the pack. The high quality of the all plywood construction, knowledgeable fixable service at the Ajax location, and the professional installation made our choice easy and rewarding. The showroom staff helped finesse our kitchen design to maximize use of our space and optimize the layout. The extremely pleasant installer had great attention to detail and his wealth of experience showed in the final product. This solid all wood construction will last for many years. Well done.

Andreina is a true professional. We have had a great experience every time we have worked with her. She’s the first person we call when our clients need cabinetry, and we’ve always been satisfied with her service and the finished product!

Were do I begin. Jennie did a fantastic job helping to design our kitchen. She listened to our input and made recommendations that would compliment what our vision was. And let me tell you it matched perfectly. We could not be happier with how it turned out. From conception to the finished product Jennie helped Coordinate make sure that we were satisfied. I am very impressed with the service we received at Raywal. From the first day we worked with Andreina, who is a fantastic designer and could give us great advice on the best fit for a room, which at the time was nothing, but studs. Our final decision was to go with her recommendation of a design we didn't even think was possible. The kitchen/dining room looks fantastic and the workmanship of the cabinets and the countertops is excellent. Andreina provided oversight from start to finish and made the whole experience like a breeze - everything worked perfect. Thank you!

I renovated my kitchen and bathroom with raywal and I cannot say enough about them! Andreina has to be the best designer I have ever come across. She was able to match the kitchen and bathroom to my personality as well as the functionality I required and stayed within the budget I had set! She coordinated the installs around my schedule and was always there when I had a question or concern. The quality of the workmanship, and the cabinets are impressive as well! I want to again thank Andreina and raywal for making my reno as stress free as possible and for proving a superior quality product that me and my family will enjoy for the years to come!

I have the best design consultant! Andreina is always ready to help and accommodate my requests. I've used Raywal for a number of my clients now and have never been disappointed with the product or customer service.

I'm very happy with Raywal, starting off with their designer - who spent a lot of time to address all our queries and corrected our designs. In terms of installation - painless. The cabinets came in as per schedule and were installed competently. We didn't know it then but there were some dings -however these were fixed in the post-instal inspection. No concerns here at all. The after installation inspection by Pierre was the most important part of the project, in my view. He ran a critical eye over the instal, documented the deficiencies (e.g. a dinged cabinet door) and fixed them. There was no attempt to brush off my concerns or to avoid any corrective actions. I can't say enough good things about this experience. I would have rated them 5 stars, except for the fact that sample panels of our chosen cabinets were not available at the time of ordering. As a result, during the 6 weeks lead-time, I found it difficult to select our countertop and backsplash.

Great job, very nice to work with!! A few mishaps but were resolved as soon as notified. Would definitely recommend them
