Richard came to us at our request to discuss adding a fairly substantial butler's pantry in our home, which would involve using some of the garage space. He was professional and courteous and after listening well to us he provided an estimate for the full job, and part of the job including consulting if my husband and I were to do some ourselves to save money. We ended up postponing the project for a year for unrelated reasons, but his estimate value, cooperation and professionalism have already won him the job when the time comes.
