Stark Construction is a very professional company with great referrals they did a major remodel on my home recently which included kitchen, four bathrooms, moved a wall, a see thru fireplace that is effective for two rooms. they did all new electric wiring, new plumbing, new sheet rock. They cleaned up every night , were very professional . They were very helpful in picking our new light fixtures, new appliances, windows, doors, etc.. Steve Stark has so much knowledge about building and remodels of all sizes. His work ethics and quality was amazing. They stayed on budget and finished on time.

Absolutely the best. We've hired Stark Construction for multiple projects and would continue to do so. Steve has a designers eye and attention to detail that just cannot be matched. You have to know that when you hire Stark Construction, you will be getting the highest quality of work and professionalism along the way.

High quality, stands behind work, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Worked very hard to get things done and done well. Things took longer and cost more than the original bid but that is to be expected in this industry so I am told.

Steve did an amazing job for us. He worked closely with us and our architect on the design and ultimate construction of our new waterfront home. He was helpful throughout the process, discussing the feasibility and cost of different options, and providing alternative approaches that were consistent with the overall vision (but a lower cost!) Even years after we've moved in, I know I can call Steve and he'll come over or send his guys over to help with an issue. Steve's focus on quality is excellent - we love our home, and appreciate the time and care he took on every detail. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat!

We were introduced to Stark Construction when we purchased our beautiful lot atop Clyde Hill from Stark Construction. When we first met Steve we instantly could tell he was a great person and someone we felt at ease with and knew we could work well with in designing and building our dream home. Steve has a wealth of knowledge growing up in the custom home building industry, and he is happy to share that knowledge, and help guide his clients. He was thoughtful and diligent in helping us find an architectural firm he thought would work well with us and the visions we had laid out for him in our preliminary design meetings. The Stark team works closely with subs, city planning, architectural team, every facet of the build is orchestrated perfectly. If there were any issues of concern Steve brought things to our attention promptly and always with solutions for our review and his expert opinion why one option was better then another. Steve and his team have created a company they should be very proud of and I am happy to recommend them to anyone with the highest regard for their craftsmanship, quality and character. If we build a house or cabin we will no longer need to shop for a contractor-we have one for life!

You will find them, professional, excellent, timely, clean and what I loved sense I lived through the process in my home was all the construction crew and subs are great.
