We love the resultsS his team is meticulous and tidy and extremely pleasant to work with! We enjoyed every minute of the process despite the inconvenience of have the kitchen torn apart!

After living in our home for 20 years, we decided it needed a facelift. Thus began our journey, which started as just a kitchen remodel and has expanded to include our downstairs bathroom, family room and laundry room. Although we were very excited, we were also very anxious. We were used to a quiet and controlled environment and we knew we were inviting in chaos. Tim and his wonderful team made the experience as easy as a project of this type could be. He listened to our thoughts, offered his own ideas, executed what was agreed upon and took incredible ownership of the project. He set incredibly high standards for himself and his team, and ensured those standards were met. Tim genuinely cared about our family and making our home a beautiful place to live. One quality of Tim’s that stood out was his calm nature. He guided us through the twists and turns and corrected any unforeseen issues that arose, even if they were not his fault or direct responsibility. We relaxed knowing that all would be handled, and it was. Tim’s beautiful motto was that there were not problems, rather solutions looking to be found. Throughout the project our home was kept extremely neat and organized. Tim and his team respected our personal space and were cognizant of the fact that we, and our dog, continued to live in the home throughout the process. Last, but of major importance to our family, was the fact that our dog truly loved when any of the men were in our home. She has always been a great judge of character, and got it right once again!

As hard as it is to have contractors in your house for an extended period and to have everything in upheaval, Tim and his staff made it relatively easy. Everyone that works for him and the outside contractors that he hired were very respectful. He had the highest expectations for their work and made sure that everything was picked up. Even my garage was left neat. Everyday Tim would let me know what the schedule would be for the following day. Any concerns or questions were addressed immediately. And most importantly, I couldn't be happier with the results.

We hired Tim to remodel our kitchen and bathroom and cannot say enough good things about him. He listens, offers ideas, is fair, has integrity, and cares deeply about doing the job right. He brings years of design and building experience to the table and has a cheerful, can-do attitude. We did not run into issues with regards to budget, deadlines or quality of the work. Simply put, you can trust him to develop a plan with you and execute it to your complete satisfaction.

Tim remodeled a bathroom (down to studs) and a kitchen (partial remodel with a wall opened up) for my San Francisco condo. I am not exaggerating when I say he was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I was space (tiny SF condo) and budget (my budget was my budget, I really couldn't go over) constrained and Tim made the best of both. He has a rare combination of vision and execution and were he still on the west coast, I'd welcome the chance to work with him again!
