We have used Southern Rustics to update two bathrooms and to do a complete remodel of our kitchen. We really liked the fact that we could get cabinets and countertops from one contractor. It seems that most contractors would do one or the other but not both. Southern Rustics is very professional and always arrived at the times scheduled. They promptly returned phone calls and are always available to answer questions. Estimates are provided at no cost and they are accurate during the project with no surprises at the end of the project. The work performed is quality, custom work. This was key for us in our kitchen as we wanted to maximize storage in the limited space we have to work with. The on-site work on our kitchen project was completed in two days. We did not have to wait an extended period of time to be without the use of a kitchen. Southern Rustics has a showroom which accurately displays their capabilities. Cabinetry is made on-site and they would be more than happy to give you a tour of their shop. I fully recommend Southern Rustics to anyone planning similar projects. We would definitely use them again if the need arises.

They went above board and made a custom bench for the laundry room from a photo. Everything from start to finish was very professional. We were VERY happy with the final results. Craig came and measured everything and make all the cabinets in his shop and the install only took two days. what a change.

They did a wonderful job. Gave us attention, made great suggestions and listened to what we wanted and our ideas. Open to last minute changes with a smile. Did a fantastic job in a timely manner

Beautiful custom work! Mary and Craig were very patient with me as I made several changes AFTER we had an agreement put together. Craig was at the measurement appointment when he said he would be there. Craig was at the install as his team installed our new counter tops. Much personal service and a person who does what they tell you they will do, when they say they will do it....a great combination!

Mary helped us with a kitchen "facelift" for our rental cabin in the Smoky Mountains last fall. She was very helpful and showed us all our options in our price range. We purchased new countertops for the kitchen. She came highly recommended by our contractor. We were pleased with their service and they look great. The only area to improve would be not passing on the credit card fee to the customer. If we had written a check we wouldn't have paid the fee. The fee was $54 on approximately $1450 job. She said this was because her profit margins were tight that they couldn't absorb the fee from the credit card company.

Southern Rustics provided all the granite counters in the kitchen and bathrooms as well at the custom cabinet in the guest bathroom of our new home. Their prices are very competitive with others in the local area. The quality of their work is excellent. They worked diligently with our contractor to meet deadlines. Their customer service is excellent. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with their work.

Craig and Mary from Southern Rustics did an outstanding job for us last year when we built our new home in Sevierville TN. They did all the cabinets for our house, kitchen, bathrooms, laundry . We change designed several times and they were very flexible, they gave us great ideas and at the end delivered on time . I would strongly recommend them to anyone

Southern Rustic was hands down the most professional company that I worked with during my remodel. My kitchen and bathroom remodels went seamlessly. I get so many compliments on the craftsmanship, the stain color, and the hardware. I was so impressed with the pride that each employee took in the custom work they performed.
