I hired this company for my kitchen remodel. This company's customer services was terrible. I'm not a professional designer at all. It took weeks to get answers to simple questions. the end product of the cabinets is ok, but I would not consider them custom cabinet makers. they were unable to adequately build a refrigerator surround, pantry door, bookshelves & bar. The installer refused to correct some mistakes (like doors opening the wrong director) because it wasn't it the plans that way. My contractors fixed the majority of their mistakes & I will just live with the rest as a reminder of my poor judgement in picking this company & my inexperience as a kitchen designer.
