TSG Renovations

I had been wanting to do something with my itty bitty shower and the jetted tub that I never used, but wasn't excited about the remodeling cost. I have foot issues that on occasion require me to use a wheelchair which was the case in the fall of 2020. Unable to use the tub and unable to fit the wheelchair into my shower, I used a shower bench. My shower was so small, it didn't sufficiently accommodate the bench, but I made due. MISTAKE! I ended up falling and it was horrible! I was crumpled in the too small shower stall, further injuring my foot. I decided a tub/shower remodel was required. I contacted TSG Renovations. I was impressed with the owners, James and Yana Lambert. They helped me design what I thought would work best for me. Their work crew, Joe and Reid, were VERY professional. They reported on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and kept a prompt schedule. I cannot say how pleased I am with the workmanship and professionalism of TSG Renovations. I would highly recommend them for any renovation.

After due diligence of interviewing and receiving quotes on a dual bathroom remodel, we chose TSG Renovations. Not only were they the lower cost option, they were the company we felt the most trust and confidence from (some bids were even from major market competitors). James was insightful and thorough with status updates throughout the project. His team were skilled craftsman that took tremendous care in their work and keeping the area clean and with the least disruption each day. In summary, we have zero concerns with TSG and nothing but the utmost respect for their work and customer experience. And yes, the bathrooms look amazing!

Tsg is the best We had a full home remodel. The project was completed on time. Yana does the estimates and billing. She is awesome to work with. After a year we had 2 projects that needed to touched up. James and his crew were there. Fixed them. No complaints.

The Service Guy and his crew remodeled our master bathroom. The entire process was much better than we expected. They kept the work area clean as possible, always there when they were supposed to be and finished the job on schedule. They listened to our ideas and concerns and did everything possible to see our needs met. The estimate was on target and any adjustments were discussed as they happened. Very easy to talk to and work with. We would definitely use them again and recommend to others!

This is the 2nd time we have used The Service Guy. This time we had him remodel our main bathroom. We used onyx on the shower/bath surround and counter/sink. Everything new was put in. We also had him put in a new linen closet. A new stone floor was also put in. We are so happy with the work this crew has done. It looks amazing! All of the workers are very respectful and hard workers.

James and his crew do great work, are trustworthy, and thorough. We have used his company to remodel three rooms for us, and we have been very happy with each job.

They were helpful at each step in the process, and always responsive to questions. The job was done well and I would use them again.

We had our master bathroom remodeled last fall. James and his crew showed up to work each day on time and took care to keep the rest of our house clean. We had a new shower, new sinks, countertops and flooring put in. I would say that the overall job was done very professionally and we were extremely pleased with the workmanship.

The service guy has remodeled our kitchen and both of our bathrooms. We could not have asked for a better business to work with. They showed up on time every day, very professional, let us know everyday what would be done next. Finished the job quickly and were a joy to do business with.

TSG remodeled our master bath, kitchen, and guest bath. They also added new wood flooring to the family room and painted most of the downstairs. James and his crew were very professional. They were on-time and on-budget. I especially appreciated James' supervision of the work and attention to detail. James offered several suggestions that worked out well in the design, for example the use of a new type of base for supporting the kitchen island. James was on-site regularly and easily reachable anytime. Overall, provided excellent service.

We had a complete kitchen remodel one year ago & loved it then & still live it now. We're had no issues & lots of compliments. The Service Guy does not disappoint.
