Visnja Clayton has transformed numerous homes on both East and West coasts of the US. She has a clear respect for periodicity as well as an ability to bring a wonderfully fresh and contemporary feeling into any home. An Arts and Crafts house in Portland, Oregon that I watched her and and husband lovingly renovate and transform into the jewel of the neighborhood with a perfect shade of emerald green on the outside, and an open concept living room and kitchen-- made the home an even more beautiful residence. Visnja knows how to create both a classic, sophisticated interior, as well as a fresh, contemporary one within the same space. It takes sophistication and a keen understanding of balance to achieve this. I have seen a number of beautiful spaces come alive with her unique approach in design.
