We have been very pleased and satisfied with YD Construction and Development in the three major remodeling projects of our home. The jobs were completed in a timely and efficient manner. Yoav was sensitive to our needs and preferences, very nice and easy to work with, and the quality of his work and supervision were excellent. We have used YD Construction and Development over a period of time spanning about 10 years (2006-2016).

WD Construction has performed several major home remodeling jobs and the results were excellent. Yoav Debasc, WD Construction owner, constantly communicates with his clients regarding the progress of the contracted work, closely supervises all sub-contracted work, is impeccably trustworthy and the workmanship is stellar. Yoav was amazing! Finding a trustworthy contractor is a very difficult process but Yoav fit the bill. Not only is he honest, but his work product is truly remarkable. We have a beautiful new home and the attention to detail that he puts into his work has made it an amazing place to live. Even after completion of the construction, he continues to make himself available to answers all of our questions. We would highly recommend him.

I was introduced to Yoav through my planning designer who had previously worked for another contractor for 25 years. My job was a complete renovation of a two story house, and the designer said she never worked with another contractor as good as Yoav. She was right. Our house came out perfect, and the process, which took 14 months start to finish, was seamless. Yoav is honest, communicative, knowledgeable, professional, reasonable priced, and a perfectionist. He turned out to be everything we had hoped for.

YD Construction built a 4,000 sq ft house for my wife and kids. I could not have been more pleased with the quality of the work done for me, down to the very last detail. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Everything was presented to me up front, and even more than that - everything promised and agreed upon up front was delivered in the end. How many people do you know who can say that? Especially on a project of this size. I wouldn't only recommend using YD Construction, I'd strongly suggest you use them. They do not disappoint. Second to none. Thanks again guys!!!

Without question, I would refer this company to anyone who needs reputable construction work done to their house. The remolding work done on our house was professional and completed in a timely fashion. All costs were clearly explained to us and the overall expense was reasonable. We are currently making plans to schedule additional work on our house.
