OC Stairs

The project came out perfect. From day one everybody involved was efficient and easy to work with. They were very respectful of my home and kept it clean every day through the process I couldn’t have asked for a better crew.

Great guys! Easy to work with from the design process through the job completion. Love how the new railings updated my stairs!

We received excellent design guidance and installation was meticulously executed. We love our beautiful staircase and highly recommend OC stairs.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to create or modify their staircase! We were very impressed from the initial consultation with the owner Ed and throughout the project. The attention to detail, precision, timeliness, product quality and a dedicated professional team that showed up daily and on time!

What a great company to work with both OC Stairs and Design Hardwoods. I've had them do work in my home years ago and I loved it. Now we upgraded everything and I love it even more ! They are prompt and their staff is so easy to work with while they are in your home. I would refer them anytime.

20 years ago OC Stairs / Design Hardwoods installed an extensive staircase in my home during a large remodel. The staircase, which spanned 2 1/2 floors, was beautiful and flawless. After 20 years the staircase stood up well but needed some minor repairs comprised mainly of loose balusters. So, I contacted Ed Topalian and asked him if his installation team could return to my home and do the repairs. He eagerly honored my one year warranty after all those years and sent one of his experts to do the repairs. Ed and his team were very professional and a pleasure with which to work. As a very satisfied customer I can say that I highly recommend OC Stairs / Design Hardwoods. Tom O’Connor

Ed and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish on our new staircase . Ed was professional and patient from the beginning . The installers were polite and quietly efficient. Brent the finisher and his team were equally professional and did a great job . Having the experience of owning a cabinet shop we can truly appreciate the craftsmanship that Ed provided . It’s so refreshing to have talented professionals take pride in their work . Very pleased .

We are blown away by the GORGEOUS stairs that OC Stairs built for us!!! From the initial design phase to the last baluster installed, the entire process was executed with extreme expertise & genuine care by Ed & his entire team. These people are true craftsmen…they are precise, professional & a delight to have in our home. Everyone who walks through the front door & immediately sees our stairs, is completely captivated by the beauty of the design, workmanship, & wood. Including a paramedic fireman who answered an emergency call in our home & after it was all over, stood at the bottom of the stairs & told us how beautiful they were!! Thank you Ed & OC Stairs! We couldn’t be happier!

We just finished a job with Ed and his crew from OC Stairs and could not have been happier with the entire project from start to finish. Beginning with the design phase, Ed was completely invested in making sure we made the best decisions possible. He showed us all the options, was very patient with our questions and made sure the construction and flooring would all work together perfectly. His crew are all craftsmen and worked so hard making the design come to life. They all take such pride in their work and it shows. We now have a beautiful new staircase and are very grateful to have been able to work with Ed. Highest recommendation to anyone looking to design or re-do a staircase. Thank you Ed and OC Stairs!

Attention to detail and overall craftsmanship was amazing. Deciding what design concept you want is probably the hardest part of the whole process. The wife's happy!
