Dimensions of the bench seat

How high is the bench seat? How deep? We are building and are wondering a reasonable height for our kitchen windows in order to allow lots of light, but also bench built-ins.

    bench seat is 18" high- for use without a seat cusion. Depth is about 19". Seat back is 12" high. Window sill is about at 30" above the floor

    Awad- is that depth 19" including back rest? What's the total depth? And measurement of the backrest. You said 12" high but I see its angled/slanted. What's that measurement?
