Antiqued siding

Hi,

Can I ask what the siding is? It appears to be old barnwood but i presume it is new wood that has been aged. Very cool with the corten roof. Thanks.

    Thank you! Its actually reclaimed snow fence so all those years exposed to the weather is what gave the wood this great patina.

      The roofing was new corrugated steel that was "treated" with soap and water to get the rust to start and then installed looking essentially as you see in the photos.

      Raw steel covered with soap and water to start the rusting process and then let nature do the rest.

      Some choose not to install gutter and face exactly this problem. However, by installing gutters you can eliminate 95% or more of this issue. Take Care!
