I Love them! I have been looking for a solution and this is perfect. Now I have to find out where to get them!

Not hard if you are in a rural-semi-rural area, as most feed stores or country living type stores carry them as farm supplies. You could also try online if you are in a large city. While they are not very heavy, they might be a bit unwieldy to ship.

I have used a couple of them for the last several years. We put drainage holes in and also put heavy duty casters on them...they are very heavy when they have dirt in them but my sun is on the driveway. We can move if we need to. They sit on the side of the driveway. I get fabulous tomatoes. The metal keeps the soil warm like they like it. I used to have wooden ones but after a few years they rot...these won't.

Any problems with rust?

No they are galvanized inside and out. I would use some sort of liner though if you are using the tanks for edible crops.

Hi, why a liner in the tanks for edibles? I thought they were used for livestock water and would be safe?

For most foods, contact with galvanized steel is perfectly safe. Only acidic foods should not come in contact with galvanized steel according the the U.S. Food & Drug Administration
