Hi, Do you do work in US? I'm in process of rebuilding my house due to the fire and I've already finished a CD set but I would like to change the exterior design to a modern house like this. I assume you won't be able to get down here (NJ) but would you be able to work with existing plans (I like the floor plan and I just want to change the exterior which I already have schematic design of) that I have? And what's your fee like? My construction budget is max $250k USD and house is about 2700sf and lot is 10,000sf.
